Wife was asking for gift suggestions a while back. I included a link to the Lucky Dog gift card page.

Just blended up a fermented cayenne-pomegranate sauce with some garden peppers.

After bottling, it now appears I should have thinned it out a bit more. Going to be a PITA to dispense, but I don't really want to empty and re-fill all of the bottles.

I'll try thinning with a little water or vinegar for each one I open.
