Ghana give up a 4th minute goal, then go down a man in the 25th minute and are facing a potential elimination from the tournament today in a shocker. At least the Gunners will be happy getting Thomas Partey back a little earlier than expected.

Ghana went down 2-0 in the 61st, then scored two short-handed goals to tie it up, 2-2 in the 85th but have just given up the lead.  Now 3-2 very late.  Not watching, just following updates.

Hakim Ziyech scored today, but it was for Chelsea against Brighton as he's not with the Morrocan team this month.  Morocco went down a goal to Gabon today in a potentially huge upset, but its now even at 2-2.

Incredible result for Spurs.  Now just 1 point behind West Ham with 3 games in hand, 8 points behind Chelsea with 4 games in hand. Spurs at Stamford Bridge on Sunday is huge.

Thats why today was such an important game for Spurs.  Spurs will still be without Son, Dier, and Romero, so getting any points at Chelsea was always going to be a tough ask.

Player wide open on the right who could have just dribbled to the corner and saw the draw out.  Amazing bottle job by LC
I think teams are much more prone to attack in that scenario rather than settle for the draw.  Just a really bad giveaway and it caught their defenders flat footed.

Maybe - but I thought it was a shocking decision at the time.  Spurs scored at 94:52 of a game scheduled to go 90+5.  Surely you don't realistically expect to score from there - a couple of passes and the whistle blows.

No way this is a pen.

If VAR overturns it it's a crime.  Jota initiated that contact and he'd lost the ball over the line.

ETA:  terrible call.

Don't remember the last time I felt like Liverpool had to cling to a lead and hold on for the win like that.  Very 2014 vibe to the 2nd half.  No control of the game at all.

Burkina Faso-Gabon heading to penalties. Gabon deserves to advance; they've played a man down for 70 minutes and managed a late equalizer.

Man United going with a strong line-up today v. Middlesbrough

Henderson
Dalot
Varane
Maguire
Shaw
McTominay
Pogba
Rashford
Bruno Fernandes
Sancho
Cristiano Ronaldo
