1.01 in multiple leagues (1 Viewer)

Had my first draft this Sunday, drew 1.01 and went with Arian More tread left on the tire than AP and better offensive situation in a more favorable division. Well, fate has awarded me another random draw 1.

So philosophically speaking, what's the play? Do you double down and believe in your gut and your roster or do you take a little insurance against injury and the like?

Myself, I think I'm going to double dip on Arian, as I can live with my gut.

I like doubling down line of thinking. I like certain players and will target them in my drafts as much as possible. Hopefully I will have several players in several different leagues.

If you took Foster first overall then you thought that was the right decision - why change your mind and go with someone you don't believe is #1 overall?

Th emergence of Ben Tate actually makes me like Foster even better in the 1 hole because eyou grab Ben Tate in the 10th/11th to make sure you have the right handcuff and you should be fine. I believe in the Texans OL and their scheme as much as anything so I would keep taking Foster.

PM me if you need any help Smack

If you can trade the pick and get an extra 3rd rounder or something, I would explore that. If not, I don't think I'd diversify for the #1 pick when the HOU offense is so explosive. I may take different players at the 2/3 turn so I don't have almost the exact same team, but it's tough to pass on Arian this year.

If you trust your own draft board you should end up with the same pick barring scoring changes. I dont know why you would diversify unless you think your own draft pick sucks. This isnt retirement money. Its a go for broke hobby.
