How? That's Patrick Willis, right?
Im not sure of the IDP scoring, but im a Zealots guy, and IDP's dont score highly. Willis is still pretty valuable, but i would trade him and Peppers for the 1.4. I would take Schaub over Flacco, and the 2.08 over Tebow. Plus i get the 2,16 and 3.04 in a deep draft for free. If somehow Julio Jones, Ingram or Green slide to the 1.4 i would likely trade everything in that trade for the 1.4.

gave S. Johnson & 3.06

got 1.08

same league

gave S. Smith (CAR)

got 2.04

The Smith trade could go either way, if he gets traded to San Diego then I sold low. If he stays in Carolina or goes somewhere like the Raiders, then I'll be glad to get what I did.

What do you think about this trade?

Mario manningham, 3.12, 4.12 and 2012 2nd rounder for

A. Bradshaw, 2.03, 3.03, 4.03 and 2012 4th rounder

Im the team that got bradshaw and have MJD and Mendy as rb, Bowe, Austin and S. Johnson at WR. I have 1.03 so i'll get ingram, jones or green and i upgrade my 3rd starting RB and start stockpiling picks for what im hoping is a good draft class. For reference QBs are Ryan and Tebow so i think im good but was going to grab a QB with that 2.03.

New to dynasty trading so im wondering what thoughts are on it

I haven't played Zealots, but in IDP it doesn't get much better than Willis. I wouldn't even need Tebow to take the Flacco/Willis side in the deal for those picks.

In my league, Willis finished as the 9th best LB. If the draft goes to plan, I get Nate Irving with 2.08 and Quinn with 2.16, giving me similar production as willis and Peppers but younger.

gave S. Johnson & 3.06got 1.08
Ouch... is that all Stevie is worth? I don't think I'd take anything less than a top 4 or 5 pick for him. Did you trade to grab a specific player at slot?
While I'm a beleiver in Johnson, I guess not everyone is. In one of my league's Johnson was traded for the 1.11 and Anthony Armstrong. When the guy that was to receive Johnson asked me what I though, I told him to jump on it.Some may feel he was a one hit wonder, but as some one that saw a number of his games, I think he's the "real deal". Of course I do think Ryan Fitzpatrick may turn back into a pumpkin this season though.

You won! TYou not only got Bradshaw over Manningham, but you got the sucker to give you a high 2nd & a high 3rd and you threw in garbage. I like Manningham more than most, but this is big in your favor.

Well that shows how new I am at this, I listed the picks backwards.

The trade was as follows

I give up Mario M., 2.03, 3.03, 4.03 and 2012 rd4 pick

I get Ahmad B., 3.12, 4.12 and 2012 rd2 pick

It seemed pretty even to me but that all depends on your perceived value of Bradshaw vs the high 2nd, 3rd and 4th round pika this year.

You should look more at what Willis has done since coming into the league rather than just last year, and Peppers is overrated in FF. Irving and Quinn haven't even played a down in the NFL. IDP studs don't just fall out of the sky. Players like Willis, Urlacher, and Ray Lewis are rare. There's a billion to one chance Nate Irving will produce like Willis. Irving and Quinn are far from Willis's value. He is an absolute beast! Do better homework.

Zealots scoring is IDP lite (I am in 3 of them)...the highest rated dude was rated 58th or so in 2010. This is one of those cases where if you are not familiar with scoring probably not commenting is better (though you have the right to).

Ill take those odds. If Nate Irving wins a 3 down ILB job in Denver i could see him finishing as a LB 1/2. He likely wont outscore Willis, but i could see him finishing close, which you say is a billion to one. I cant imagine any kind of league where i would take Willis over the 1.4. This trade is actually not even that close for me. Although i could see it being a lttle closer in heavy IDP scoring leagues.

I am not involved in this trade.

Team A Gave:

Reggie Wayne

Team B Gave:

2011 Draft Pick 3.03

2012 1st Round Pick

2012 2nd Round Pick

2012 3rd Round Pick

Team B was the league runner-up last year and is making every effort to try and win this year.

12 Team PPR

Team A Gave:

Mike Wallace

Team B Gave:

Brandon Marshall

Santonio Holmes

I have mixed emotions. Could make an argument either way.

Well people started paying their fees in my league I commish and all hell broke loose in like 2-3 days of trading.

12 team ppr, QB, 2RB, 3WR, TE, K, RB/WR/TE flex

Team A gave up: Garrard, David JAC QB; Crabtree, Michael SFO WR; Year 2011 Draft Pick 1.09

Team B gave up: Manning, Eli NYG QB; Mathews, Ryan SDC RB; Houshmandzadeh, T.J. BAL WR

Team B gave up: Jones, Felix DAL RB

Team C gave up: Grant, Ryan GBP RB; Year 2011 Draft Pick 3.10

Team D gave up: Hernandez, Aaron NEP TE

Team C gave up: Year 2011 Draft Pick 1.08

Team E gave up: Orton, Kyle DEN QB; Keller, Dustin NYJ TE; Year 2011 Draft Pick 3.11

Team B gave up: Garrard, David JAC QB; Dwyer, Jonathan PIT RB; Cooley, Chris WAS TE

Team B isn't the smartest fantasy owner ever and pretty sure everyone would like to have him in their league.

Only trade he really got taken on was the Felix one. Crabtree and a 1st is a decent return for Mathews in a PPR. Think he won the Cooley/Keller trade easily, but it's the most minor one for sure.

Team A Gave:

Steven Jackson

2011 Rookie Pick 4.03

Team B Gave:

Tim Tebow

Brandon Pettigrew

2011 Rookie Pick 1.08

Team B playing for a title this year. Team A took over abandoned team and is complete rebuild mode.

In the same league, a trade that got pulled:Team A offered Spiller, Gilyard forTeam B : A JohnsonFeels like I am playing with abject idiots at times
Now THAT would have been terrible.
The worst of it was that the owner of Team A thinks he was doing a favour to the owner of Team B by offering as much as Spiller and Gilyard.
And the cherry on the cake:Team A gave 1.01Team B gave 1.07, Witten

That is a hard one for me Jay, RR should rebound this year on performance and carries I like that part, moreno never stayed healthy, britt is a freak beast.....however..with the new QB...britt should go down in rating.Best of luck with that.

He's worth a lot more than the #8. I just had the #5 pick straight up rejected, and in my two startups that included rookies Johnson went a few picks before the 4th rookie. I personally wouldn't trade him for a rookie pick, but it looks like using market values you should expect to offer the #3 or better to land him.

This was a steal getting Charles for Greene, a future first and a small pick upgrade. Everything else you gave up was fodder, imo.

I couldn't get a 2nd round pick for Smith in my league and you gave up a 1st ? Not sure I would do that I guess your praying he gets out of Carolina. If he stays in Carolina he is near worthless (I know had him his whole career) but if he goes to SD he could have a few more good years.Seems like you should have been able to get him cheaper considering I can't get a 2nd for him.

You need people's thoughts on this? I like Shonn Green and all but you basically paid nothing for Charles.

I can't even get Maclin straight up for Roddy in a couple of my leagues, let alone AJ Green thrown in.
