KInda... Everyone in the country knew the Raiders wanted out of that spot. Sure they were low-balled, but they had to regain that 2nd round pick, and every GM knows that. And if Star or Miliner is still there at #12 they get a player that was graded a top 5 pick at some point. So that softens the blow a bit in my mind.
