I got Taliaferro on waivers but don't really need him.
Need to move a RB for an upgrade elsewhere.

Keep acquiring talent and incrementally improving. Last year I was available to package waiver wire acquisitions early in the year along with mid-tier guys for guys like Dez Bryant. When the heavy byes weeks hit in wk 9-11 and the season is winding down, you'll be able to move guys.
Just as a general reminder, 1/3 of our regular season is over after this weekend.
Got DETdef forthis week against my Jets and dropped Mike Williams for the last copy of Forsett. Not shabby...no fodder on my bench anymore.

they will shut down the run game like they have all season and then pin their ears back and go after Eli, like they did when they got like 9 sacks in week 2....could be turnover city on a short week......
I would probably pick them up and play them over SD who is playing JAC and who we have.....but my dad won't let me....

Probably a good play but i just don't see passing on SD at home v. Bortles/Jax with a week to prep against him in his first start.
Yup. They are a potential difference maker with the talent they have. Once the Denver offense starts clicking, they'll start racking up sacks and ints.
QB 11 and 12 are sitting on the wire in abundance. They're basically performing the same as QB 6-10.
eta - see you got one of them already.
eta - Geno wasn't a bad fantasy QB last year in this format for a bulk of the season.

Yea Geno is holding down the fort for now. I guess I should preemptively pick up Vick.
jesus....thank god we didn't make that call......of course not all WAS d fault with the turnovers but good god....had daughters volleyball game and didn't see any of the game.....kinda glad....
I went in to check whether I ran into Donnell last night (nope), but discovered someone actually started Eli against me. Beside that and one Morris start, the damage is minimal (if any). Jennings getting less than 6 points for me hurts.
We caught one version of Donnell and one version of Randle.
Can't believe someone started Eli. Probably a Manning or Wilson owner who got real lucky.

I was only carrying Peyton and needed a QB for the week. Didn't like the choices, so I thought I'd give Eli a shot for a week. And well... it paid off for once!
Now D Jax and Jennings hurt. :(
117 + gronk/bryant its a point bonazza for me.
feels like a 7-0 week for my squad to get back on track.

Likely will finish 5-2...I am at 121 (can't believe I get 5 with that score) and both guys ahead of me are at 136 and done. I do have Gostkowski, but don't see 15+ coming out of him.

at first glance it doesn't look that great....but really only 9 games out of second place.....2 out of 4th...sure we could be doing better but 2 thru 8 are just kind of beating up on each other....we'll string some good weeks together and move up.....
Speaking for myself, I had a terrible week three and was in bye week hell week 4. I think we as a team were higher than other boards on several studs who were off week 4 and it's skewing the rankings a little. 24 back at this point isn't all that much.
I agree, it does look worse than it is. I think the biggest difference maker in this league is boards who have active owners when they are not doing well. Too often I have seen crummy teams on other boards who give up and bring the whole team down. As long as we do not do that, we will be fine.
UNreal. JCB890 passed me on SNF, and ALSO has a player going tommorow. WOuldn't care, except he's one of my opponents this week.
Yea, he will be one of my losses too. The defensive TD by Arrington cost me another game. Looks like 5-2 this week.
Done at 126 (I think). At a glance, it looks as though I will finish 5-2 unless Garcon goes off for one of my opponents. I would be thrilled to have another 5-2 week.

Cousins - 6th overall in the league based on ppg. Massive over reaction last week. Had a solid week versus a good D this week. 2 copies left.
Brady - Maybe a reach, but another bounce back candidate.
Davis - 2 consecutive 20+ pt weeks. Might be chasing points here.
RB
Second fiddles performing well Rainey RB15 and A. Smith RB23 and Helu RB29. Now on to some potential difference makers.
Oliver - 7 copies left but not for long after 34 pts last week.
Williams - two consecutive double digit weeks with 2 copies left.
Stewart - forgive me for suggesting this.
Hillman/Anderson - between the two there are 14 copies out there.

Duckboy - might want to cut Thompkins
Nothing too exciting but the following guys have back to back double digit weeks. Floyd, Cooper, Brit, Murphy. Travis Benjamin is available in mass if you think last week was a sign of things to come.

Wright - Risky selection the way the Pats move the targets around but definite upside potential. 8 copies available
Rudolph - Hopefully someone can chime in here with some news, but maybe a late week play.

Probably the reason why you shouldn't draft one early in this league, several of the kickers in the top ten are available. Dawson and Haushka are decent kickers with their byes in the rear view. Personally I like pairing my kicker with my QB to smooth out some of the scoring when TD passes are replaced by FGs.

Total crapshoot. Green Bay basically doubles their ytd production last week to move into the top ten. Carolina and New England are out.
