Lotta trust by Q in the Hawks' fourth line ...and well-placed, as that line again was fantastic.
And still no better anthem than at the United Center for a Hawks game. TV doesn't do it justice ...the sound level is incredible.
Can't wait for the weekend games!

Got to watch the game tonight, well most of it anyway. Awesome that we get two game 7s, I'm gonna definitely get out to see the WCF game.

You're right, that was DD. Although I probably would have said Rangers/Hawks "version" and not song to refer to something like the National Anthem, but that's just off day semantics fun!

Yeah, this was about the singing of the (U.S.) anthem ...and you can't top the Blackhawks. Jim Cornelison (with his two Stanley Cup rings) belting it out with a young and old veteran at his side; the crowd absolutely roaring, clapping, and singing along; the nice touch of the flag waving. Deafening sound. Unforgettable experience.
I love the Hawks' goal song, too, but I'll accept that others could claim their song is just as good. For the anthem, though, the experience transcends the music itself.
