2021 PGA Tour - (1 Viewer)

He was walking in puts, which is cool but he was 0-2 and eliminated already. He has some strange shtick
Walking in putts is his thing, always. He could be missing the cut by 5 strokes on 18 and he would still do it. It is like Hadley with the weird finger flick/snap thing.

Have you seen the video of tiger making fun of him?

Scheffler chips in to split the hole.

Horschel hits the stick on a long putt to just miss closing it out.

Sergio smacks driver on the short par 4 on the green after hughes puts it in the stands.

Fun day so far.

Sergio lost to wallace today 3&2

He only played 4 holes against westwood but he did make big putts on hole 2&3
Right.  All day wasn't the right phrase to use there.  But Westwood was looking good on each of the three previous holes, and Sergio managed to halve all three.  Then drops in the ace to end it.  How quickly momentum shifts in this format.

Happy for Harman to advance as far as he has.  He had a rough opening draw, making eight birdies on Wednesday and losing to Cantlay, who had something like seven birdies and an eagle.  On the flipside, I think I saw that Harris English had won on Wednesday while shooting evening par (two birds, two bogeys).

Meh golf hecklers deserve to get spit on
Please.  A fan said something AFTER his ####ty shot.  Big deal.

Golfers could grow thicker skin.  Horschel's another prima donna.  I mean, he felt the need to tell some random drinker that he was more talented than him. :lmao:   So fragile.

Your definition is a little different than mine I suppose.

1. interrupt (a public speaker) with derisive or aggressive comments or abuse.

I saw no interruption, did you?  Please don't tell me you think his game was interrupted walking off the green.

If that wound-up prima donna can't handle someone telling him it was a bad read, tough luck.  The paying customer can make a comment, right or wrong.  Might as well toss every "IN THE HOLE" fan while we're at it.

New rule.  Only positive reinforcement allowed at sporting events.

You can toss the in the hole and mash potatoes guys out, I'm good with that

Well okay then, we're all set!

Just no more Billy "LOOK AT ME I'M ON THE TALENTED SIDE OF THE ROPES AND YOU'RE NOT!" Horschel defense, please.  No wonder he kept the "Billy".

With as well as the Euro's (Poulter, Westwood, Garcia, Fleetwood, MacIntyre, Fitzpatrick) played Wednesday through Friday, it's a little surprising to see three Americans and a Frenchman named Perez in the semi-final's.  😂

Kuch got a bit of a gut going on. Doesn’t seem to be impacting the swing.
He's been sporting that for a year or two now.  Hard to notice that way he slumps so much at address and the loose clothes he wears.  He's enjoying life at this point.

I hadn’t noticed before. Was def puffed out under that sweater. He’s got the smooth swing that looks low effort, but still you’d think he wouldn’t want to be lugging that around.

Scheffler keeps giving Horschel golden opportunities to close this out and Billy keeps prolonging it

He’s up to 11-1...no doubt he contends I think, but I’d still fade him on Sunday/overall.
I would love to have a heart rate monitor on him each time he approaches 12

I do a couple formats one where they group them by betting odds and you select players from those groups - he’s in with the big guns like Rahm, DJ, JT. Agreed will be tough to pick him there.

My other one is done by world rankings he’ll be picked by almost everyone in that one.

I can't believe spieth was going to hit 3 wood and the hits the worst 8 iron possible.

How are you not laying that out to the right

Let that be lesson to you young aspiring pros.

Get married, expect a slump.

Rickie is living it now :)
Last year Kisner came out and said BDC needed to settle down get married, have some kids and relax a little like the rest of them. LOL!

Went with Spieth large. Could have had great odds if I bet when I wanted before the Valero but whatever. He’s won several majors. Week before each he was 2nd, 2nd, 3rd. More dangerous than most to repeat good performances coming into a major. And he’s won green jackets so doesn’t have the pressure to do that for a first time like Thomas, DeChambeau, Rahm and others. He’s making birdies from all over the yard and his short game is ridiculous right now. We’ll see....

I am deciding between Wolff, Fleetwood, Palmer, Perez and  Ancer for my last pick in my annual majors pool.  Any thoughts?  Only majors and making the cut is important.

My first 6 picks were Rahm, Morikawa, Simpson, Scheffler, English and Niemann.

You’re  going contrarian but I don’t like Wolff or Perez at all. Any of the other 3. Hoffman sometimes gets out of the gate quickly at Augusta and is playing well. Just food for thought.

Went with Ancer.  Hoffman not playing in the Masters this year--he didn't qualify.
