I was really curious where he would go. It's possible he is a legit 30 mpg defensive monster this year. It's also possible that he plays 20mpg again and he's not a guy that should be closing games. I like the risk.

But to answer your question, in the unlikely event that someone signs a new contract for this year, we’ll try to update it on the list (or people can draft someone not on the list as long as they have a full contract). Anyone already drafted is locked into that salary that was drafted.

I don't really like taking a #2/3 guy in the first round, but these quality starters with low salaries are flying off the shelves and he's the best of what's left there by far. He has shot 42.7% & 43.4% from 3 the last two seasons. He is also going to be taking on a bigger playmaking role without a certain someone playing for the Sixers. Getting top end offensive production at this price seems like a necessity in this thing.

I read an article at some point of how OKC would play with adding those two alongside SGA, Giddey, and maybe Poku. Just out-sizing at every position. Seemed like a fun experiment, but the ping pong balls did not cooperate
