Heat have scored 126 on the Lakers and there is 4 minutes left.
Man the NBA is such hot garbage. No wonder I have not watched most of the league in the last 4 years. I have continued to follow my Heat but that’s getting harder and harder.
Dumpster fire of a league. Enjoy it guys…..I left a while ago.
How can you guys enjoy this crap anymore?
Can’t wait till March is here so we can watch some real drama in the college game.

You are upset that they are scoring so much?
Just pop in your VHS tape of a Knicks/Pacers game from the mid 90's and I'm sure you'll be in heaven.
I've seen a bunch of 50-42 NCAA games that are faaaarrrrrr more brutal to watch than a throw away mid-season NBA game. Comparing a random mid-season NBA game to an NCAA tournament game is pretty disingenuous, no?
Yeah you are probably right. I just can’t believe how bad defense has become in the league in general.
The Lakers are not the team you want to use as a litmus test for the state of defenses in today's NBA.
Yeah that was freaking brutal to watch....a turnstile man....I was blown away.
The Lakers are in a pretty bad place right now. There are issues from ownership down.
That has been true of the last 20 years. I don't think there is anything they could reasonably do to become a legitimate championship contender, short of fleecing some dumber team out of their assets, but I think they could reasonably make a couple moves along the margins to be a threat to win a playoff series.
James has been taking a lot of heat in the media for his play the last couple weeks, but the fact that they basically only have 6 NBA-level players (maaaybe 7 if/when Vanderbilt returns) - according to VORP, they have 3 players above replacement level (Davis, James, and Rui). So the good news is that improving substantially on the back of the rotation should be very doable. I'm really surprised they haven't be linked to Lonnie Walker. If they signed Walker and did something like Russell, Wood (or Hayes) and a large handful of 2nds (I think they have 5 available) for DFS and Schroeder, they would suddenly have almost a real rotation.
