So, it's being reported that the Raiders will be getting the higher of the Jags 2 4th and 6th rounders. That means the Raiders have Minnesota's 4th, and the Jet's 6th Both of which the Jags had previoulsy traded for, obviously.

You're gonna blame Pete I've been here for less than a year Carroll? Somehow this team is special teams play away from being 5-4 but I guess it lays with the head coach that we have a walk off field goal attempt blocked by the bears, a missed pat against the Jag's and a blocked punt that leads to 3 points for the D's and a Carlson missed FG.

Oh and why the hell would Geno not throw to Lockett when Thornton Jr. lets a bomb that hit's him in the hands before halftime drop to the turf.

Love this, but I'm afraid those might be mutually exclusive. Can we improve our OL when the coach, who's ostensibly a bit part of the problem, has next to zero chance of being fired? Can we keep a HC who refuses to do the dirty work replacing a coach whose unit is an utter failure? I mean our primary hope is for crazy eyes to get what, a PROMOTION to leave the team? He was an OC in college under the current Washington head coach, so there's that, but how else can we get extricated from him?
