The very first favorite pro football player I ever had. RIP.
Damn - had such a thing for her back in the day with that video.
maybe you weren't born yet when he died almost two decades ago?I just found out Rodney Dangerfield is dead. How did I not hear about this?

I hadn't heard the Croce song. Thanks.

Treeger from friends. I loved the episode with him and Joey dancing.
I always laughed at Merv Griffin's .... "I will not be back right after this message"We saw his grave years ago in a small cemetery in L.A.
The epitaph says "Well There Goes The Neighborhood".
You gotta love Rodney![]()
My mom is a Gilley, though the relation is still distant. And that hasn't been a password for me since 1998, so don't get excited, anybodyMickey Gilley, 86
My first concert - at the Appalachian Fair in Gray, TN circa 1983. I guess my parents couldn’t find a sitter. The Man With No Name said:Mickey Gilley, 86
Sad day. Seemed like such a good dude. Remember him being a thorn in the Badgers side many a times. RIP big fella.Former MSU big man Adreian Payne

RIP AP. One of my favorite Spartan Dawgs. 31 is way too young. Special man especially off the court. His friendship with cancer patient Lacey Holsworth showed just what type of person he really was.

I got dragged to quite a few shows at that fair in the early 80s. Probably explains my complete and utter contempt for that era's country acts. Didn't see Gilley, though.I got dragged to quite a few shows at that fair in the early 80s. Probably explains my complete and utter contempt for that era's country acts. Didn't see Gilley, though.

Aw, man. Great player and seemed like a good guy, too.
the prototypical Big Man. his Bonnies beating my Eagles is what pointed my interest to college ball. he was sumn different from the beanpole guys and to watch a deep giant's handle get sharper, shot range get wider and footwork get sharper (when his knees allowed) every season was an inspiration to this hulking young man. RIP -
Fred Ward was hella more than Dad Dirt. Gus Grissom in The Right Stuff, a regular player in the Robert Altman film stable, showed range as Henry Miller in Henry & June, even a short run as action star as the titled Remo Williams. Square jaw with a soul - 'ppreciatcha. RIP -rip Joe Dirt’s dad https://youtu.be/1E6IfdUJn6s
