Were the screw downs the trend in the mid-90s? I had like 25 cards in those, some dealer must’ve sold them to me that way.Having it in a screwdown holder for that long may have reduced it's value, so I'd second guess bothering sending it in if you ever want to. I'm not a graded collector but I'm pretty sure the only things worth sending in from the junk era are those that you think will get the highest grade.
) they were less than GEM 10 condition. Partly just because quality wasn't a big deal back then when producing (terrible centering, stains, etc.), and partly getting jostled around inside of boxes. I'm just saying that just because it's a sealed product, don't count on it being a 10, maybe not even a 9.
