I haven't scientifically tracked it, but it sure seems like they do.  Had a lot of success with them on direct and indirect cooking.

I can usually get 6-12 hours on a full load, really depending on outside temps and what temp I am cooking at.

Shrug. I don't have car.  Gas I'm not sure.

Cable and cell definitely on card.

 I use my card for everything I can

Anyone using the new Costco credit card?  They have a 55 dollar credit when you spend your first 55 going.  Have to sign up by April 15

Costco Citi Card..you have to sign up.  4% back on gas, 3% on restaurants, 2% on all Costco purchases, 1% back on everything else.

 
i use it for mainly everything except the 1% back on everything else

Thats when i whip out the citi double cashback card. :thumbup:

I'm sure the competition charcoal is good stuff. For what it's worth my go too is the regular blue kingsford at Home Depot.  Same two bag deal for $9.99 on memorial/labor/4th weekends.

I'm with you man. I stocked up last year and ran out about a month ago. Lowe's does the same deal during Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day weeks. I plan on stocking up again. I've never used the Competition Kingsford and wanted to give it a try.

I bought 2.  for my house and one for my parents house. The ones I bought have 2 lights on the side of the big light. 3 lights total. Mine works pretty good but my dad said he's having trouble with his. I have to go look at his but I'm thinking that it's not getting enough sunlight throughout the day in order to charge it up. They are easy to install. Below is the one I bought. I paid $40 for mine but they are on sale for $30 this sale period. I may go get another one.










 
Another thing that I just discovered at Costco is their Chicken Alfredo. I'm not a big fan of Chicken Alfredo but this stuff is the bomb. They have these back where they have the Rotisserie Chickens. They are on sale this month for, I think, $3 off. I may have to go pick up another one and put it in the freezer.

Ignoring the health aspects that #### is pretty damn good.  We've bought it a few times - it's not Italian restaurant quality but for ~$15 its worth it IMO.

Always been a fan of the Costco chicken pot pie. We have recently tried the stuffed peppers and were pleased. The only one that we haven't been too thrilled with was the Sheppard's pie.

We saw one there a couple weeks ago (around St. Pat's Day) and always if I can get one already done and good, the lazy-### in me will go for that!!

I've seen the chicken pot pie and it looks great. I may have to try this in the near future. 

 
The Kirkland brand frozen lasagna is pretty damn good. It is pretty huge, but when all the kids are here we have a family of 7, so huge is good. It is about $12-$13.

The frozen Beecher's Mac & Cheese is also very good. Not quite as good as making a baked mac & cheese yourself using the Beecher's recipe, but it is a lot easier and quicker. Also around $13 for a large quantity.

Wife2.0 doesn't like Italian sausage in pasta dishes. One of her very few faults.

If you want a smaller frozen lasagna that is also awesome, the one at Trader Joe's is about have the size and sells for about $5.

A woman who requires steak well done would have to have professional sex-worker level skills and a large trust fund to make it past the first date with me.

Fortunately, I found one who likes her meat rare. No trust fund though. :kicksrock:

Picked up a ravioli lasagna a few weeks ago - packaged like the chicken alfredo linked above. Pretty damn tasty  :porked:

Reminder another 5% quarter for wholesale clubs starting for Discover today. Works in-store for those (like me) slumming it at Sam's but hanging out in the Costco thread where the cool kids are. Works for Costco online purchases.

 
I may have gained 10 pounds this week, but we got the Costco cheesecake with the lemon topping.  So good...

 
Anybody ever get tires at Costco? I always see people in the tire center when I go there. Do they offer good prices? I need new tires.

Yes, the prices are very good. At the main store I go to, the logistics are a problem. No appointments, wait is often several hours. 

 
I don't know if its already been posted or not, but the Golden Island brand Korean Barbecue Pork Jerky is f-ing FANTASTIC.

I don't know if that's already been posted or not either, but this is important news and worth repeating if previously mentioned. Have not partaken in this before; will be looking for it today.

They usually have one brand at discount and rotate through which brand is on special month by month, so if you have a brand preference that Costco carries, know it will come around.  Or just show up at the tire center and they should tell you who is on sale right now.  

As mentioned, most locations don't do appointments, so the wait can be a crapshoot, especially on weekends.

It's life-changing if you like jerky.  I'm out of it at the moment, having eaten 4 packs in about a month. 

 
i needed some pencils so a buddy from work took me in there and i was able to conveniently buy an 1800 pack of no 2s take that to the bank bromigos

I shopped around and couldn't find anyone that came close to their prices (including mount/balance).  The process for us was flawless - make appointment, drop off, called back when done.

it's the only reason I renewed my membership this year, the prices for the quality of tire are unbeatable in my area. I just need 2 for my car and the savings will be just shy of $100 which covers my membership for 2 years.

Yes, saved about $160 on same tire at Discount Tire (who I usually use).  My only reservation was they are always soooo busy and it would take a long time and in the future when I need to get them rotated would I be waiting forever. 

Install only took 2 hours (we left the car and came back to get it) was surprised with this.  And the guy told me to make a reservation about a week out to get them rotated and I'd be in and out in 15 minutes.  We'll see.

IMO dropping the car off at lunch and using uber to take you to work and back to costco at 5 is a great option if you're not too far from a location. mine is maybe a $6-7 ride.
