blame the rule, not the refs. BY the rule, you don't have to actually hit the WR in the head...just NEAR the head.

He hit him VERY HIGH in the chest, wonly 6 inches below the neck.

Bad rule though...they need to get rid of the "area" part of the rule

No blame the refs. Again, Britt was hit right in the chest. What was even worse, it was the ref that was behind Britt that threw the flag. He had no way of seeing where contact was made.
