but I love the idea. this could/should be an annual thing... even if those of us with less can only donate a few bucks.

i have the last great fast-food idea but not the energy to build it. would love to explore new personnel models with something which could grow this big & fast that could be an example for nextgen companies. i'm poor, though, so cant give the idea away.

This place has always been great at supporting members of its community in need.    randall's ALS diary, the gofundme and Joe and David's contribution is truly amazing.   

That being said, a music festival to raise money to crush our enemies and hear the lamentation of their women would be pretty good.

If you are being serious my guess is to have everyone in here pledge money and time to existing charities.  Additionally - have each person commit to get 2, 5, 10 (whatever) other people IRL to do the same.  Like a MLM pyramid scheme but for doing good.
