Ballsy/Crazy/Stupid/Genius moves (1 Viewer)

We all make some decisions that the experts say we shouldn't...what ballsy/crazy/stupid/genius moves are you guys making this week?

I know a lot of people from the last thread ended up playing Benson, and I'm pretty sure a couple of folk ended up benching Parker as well...here's hoping we get some more great decisions!

I'm benching Turner for Ronnie Brown...crazy, but I want to root for someone on Monday night. If this ends up costing me the win I'll drink heavily. I'm also contemplating benching Calvin for Cribbs...it's a league where we get points for return yardage. The only thing making me pause is I don't see Denver scoring much, which would reduce his kick returns.

What ballsy/crazy/stupid/genius moves are you folk making this week?

Not sure if any of these qualify but....

Thinking of Bradshaw over K Smith

Garrard over Palmer

Campbell over Schaub/Palmer

I am benching DeSean. It hurts, he can have a good game with one catch, but Kolb hasn't shown anything thus far. His game logs are embarrassing. He had negative fantasy points last year.

Starting Leon Washington vs NE as my RB2.

Not really that crazy as my normal RB2 is K.Smith who goes against Minny. Other options are doubling up and going C. Taylor vs DET as my RB1 is AP or Mike Bell vs PHI.

Might be a smart move, didn't Washington have a good game against the Pats last year?

Believe he did OK, but Fred Jackson performed well last week against the Pats getting 83 receiving and 57 rushing.Dang Fargo, you quoted me before I fixed my first post. Minny playes DET this week not CLE, that was last week

considering going w/ sproles at home against a stout BALT D. hoping the long trip across the country slows the D down just enough to make him worthwhile.

that and my other options suck at this point in time.

Comtemplating benching DeSean Jackson for either Nate Burleson or Kenny Britt. I don't like Burleson's matchup all that much so I'll probably end up sticking with DeSean and hoping for the best

Never. Ever. Bench Calvin Johnson. Ever.

That's o.k., you knew Smith was playing Minny so you get partial credit

Gore and Rice over Forte and Slaton (tough matchups)

With AGonzo out, looking to start Hester as WR2 (ouch, but my league 40yds/1 pt and 6 pts per special team yds/TD). Thinking of dropping AGonzo for Burleson

also really looking at putting fred jackson in over steven jackson and putting addai or marshall into the flex.

1. Favre over Rivers and Garrard (TD-heavy league)

2. Zach Miller over Anquan Boldin (thinking Boldin is still hurt).

I know Hasselbeck lit it up St. Louis last week but he has a pretty tough matchup this week so I am rolling with Campbell over both he and Palmer this week. Hopefully lightning strikes twice because Washington is playing St Louis this week.

What are the thoughts on playing Chester Taylor over these guys?

Ahamd Bradshaw

Jerricho Cotchery

Derrick Mason

0.5 PPR

I just traded MJD and S. Moss for Sjax and G. Jennings -- everyone in my league seems to think I got hosed badly.

It's a shame that you as the OP seem to be the only one that is actually making a ballsy move Everybody else is just talking about their lineup :hifive:

I traded away:

S. Smith (Carolina), Willie Parker, and the Baltimore D

to get:

Ronnie Brown, S. Holmes, and Chester Taylor.

I have AP, but my other WR's are Avery, Holt, Marshall, and Gage, so I gave away my only top 10 WR in hopes that Holmes is becoming one. I picked GB's D up off of the waiver wire and I'm banking on them being as good as Baltimore's.

Considering Knowshon over R. Brown

Also considering Marshall over Cotchery (although I won't do both b/c I don't want two Broncos in my starting lineup)
