I am sure you have gotten this advice before in this thread.
Grab a phone, invite her to do something together with just you at a time of your choosing. You may want to call it a date. Make it something she might think is fun. Be yourself around her but try not to show the annoying traits some might think you have. Rinse repeat.
Build a picture in her mind that hanging out with Em is fun and a good time.
Do not suggest she hang with you and your buddies getting ####faced.
Do not try to butt in on her girls night out plans.
Move on from there

For your sake, I hope there's still a shot. Think of your texts as a two part take down. Your first text is to get the conversation going. This is your set up man in the 8th inning. No matter what her reply is (unless it's negatively charged), your next text should be Mario Rivera. Always Be Closing.
In your example above, your Rivera text should have been something like "Tell ya what, how about we celebrate by me taking you out for some drinks/dinner."
It's not overbearing, but it progresses the relationship. I forget if you said she's 21 or older, but if she is, drinks are the way to go. If you do dinner, someplace fun is the way to go. Do something like Dave and Busters.
But you need to be progressing the relationship by that second text. If she balks, ease off for a little bit. Don't be too pushy. Play it cool and act like it's not a big deal that she said no or maybe. But don't lay off for too long.
