They're not denying service to anybody.
If "providing the pizzas for a gay wedding" is not a service, what the hell do words even mean? They are denying providing the pizza for a gay wedding.

Actually my original source for this was incorrect. Governor Hutchinson has not yet vetoed the bill, he held a press conference asking that it be "sent back for changes." Strange. He is no fool. Not a surprise he did a complete 180 after seeing the #### storm that the similar bill caused in Indiana.Asa Hutchinson just vetoed the Arkansas bill.
I don't want to sound too skeptical here, but every time somebody expresses an unpopular opinion these days, they immediately shout that they have received death threats and attempt to paint themselves as victims. This is regardless of what political side they are on. Just an observation.Dana Loesch @DLoesch ·

No, the above is never acceptable and should not be tolerated, and if anyone making such threats can be identified, they should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
Not that strange, makes it less embarrassing for the legislators who voted for it. And buys them time to figure some alternative out (if they can find one that pleases everyone).Actually my original source for this was incorrect. If I were living in that state, I'd be pissed they weren't focusing on things that actually matter instead of spending time writing laws that screw people over. Not that strange, makes it less embarrassing for the legislators who voted for it. Doesn't matter, it won't be enacted into law as originally written.![]()

Yes they are playing the victim card, although they only have themselves to blame for their victimhood, as this entire scenario was unnecessary. No gay couple tried to have them provide pizza for their wedding (and probably wouldn't) but for some reason they had to go out and make a public announcement of their future intent to deny service to gay couples. No one would be (or probably ever would be) talking about Memories Pizza outside of their small town if they had kept quiet.

Yeah, I read the whole article this time. Real simple if you want to be left alone. I am no bible expert but didn't it say somewhere to love thy neighbor? There are lots of contradictions in the interpretations of the bible and organized religion but I'm pretty sure in my limited reading it clearly stated that the most important thing, above all the other teachings, was to love one another. It would seem that serving food/flowers/photos/whatever to someone who is a sinner (in your eyes) would be a demonstration of love, not a compromise of your religious values.

I was at a wedding that brought pizzas at midnight.WTF kind of pizza place serves pizza at a wedding? I mean, the wedding isn't taking place in their restaurant. So are they physically delivering these pizzas to straight weddings and serving slices? Paper plates?
