I was bored the last hour and decided to do an exercise I'm going to call "the All Value Team".
Here are the rules:
[*]You can only select players that were selected in the following round. For example in round 1 you can only select players taken in round 2 or later. In round 2 you can select players taken in round 3 or later, and so on.
[*]You must select players as if you are an actual team, so don't draft like 6 runningbacks for example.
Here's what I came up with:
Offense:
QB: Matt Shaub (4)
RB: Adrian Peterson (1)
WR: Torrey Smith (8)
WR: Pierre Garcon (9)
TE: Tony Gonzalez (13)
LT: Tyron Smith (3)
LG: Evan Mathis (5)
C: John Sullivan (7)
RG: Rob Sims (11)
RT: Gosder Cherilus (6)
Defeense:
DT: Marcel Dareus (2)
DE: Antonio Smith (14)
ILB: Jon Beason (10)
ILB: DeMeco Ryans (15)
FS: Stevie Brown (12)
SS: Major Wright (16)
Obviously I'm a little biased in that
I selected 6 guys that I drafted, but I think this is the makings of a solid team. The offense looks like a ground-and-pound style with the potential to take it over the top with some fast receivers. The defense is built to stop the run but has some solid safeties to prevent the big play.
I'd like to see what you guys can come up with
