I think posting in this thread is good luck. Every time I say I am stuck on a level, I clear it shortly after. Thorn, thanks for the advice. I did what you said and made a move when the third ingredient was about to drop and got them all to line up. So clearing that column was all it took!

And of course, I beat 665 on the first attempt.

677 and 383 in DW and I hit a wall. I may have to rack up boosters everyday for a month and one day will get lucky. No way I'm playing this everyday and not wasting a dime on the game.

I'm so tempted to throw my phone at the wall after some of these attempts. WTF???

If the ingredient doesn't spawn in the middle, I exit and restart. Other than that, I learned that the 2nd and 3rd ingredients drop at 25 and 10 moves left, so I try to make a move in the middle.

What I need is hammers. Once I had all three ingredients stuck with a brick thingy (no idea what they are called) and can't kill it. I freaking hate this level.

So I have been stuck on this for weeks - last night I found out that the last fruits drop at 25 and 10 moves remaining. Not that it will be an easier - but now at least I know how to set up what columns those drops will occur in (if I am lucky enough).

Beat 677. I got down to 3 with 9 moves. Took 2 hand switches and 1 hammer. I noticed the more I played the more combos I was getting quicker. The strategy is to maximize the use of the striped candies they give you.

Only free 2 on each side that could potential drop down to each other. Then when you make that combo have it free the other 2. That will automatically give you another combo with your next move.

Also, if you have the ability to make a combo, don't be in a hurry to make it as long as it is not in danger of being used by the moving platform. There maybe other stripes you can find before making the combo.

Damn....I'm on 342. How the heck do I figure out where all the jellies are to be cleared? This level seems impossible on just 25 moves. Any suggestions?

I dont remember doing it, but it seems like a board that you would want to save the fish until all of the obvious jellies are gone.

Not sure how I finished the level, but I did....after playing it 50ish times. I think it just got tired of me trying and allowed me to move on.

I seriously am ready to uninstall this thing even though I have put a lot of mindless hours into it.

I have been stuck on Level 382 for a long, long time--easily the longest I have been stuck on any level in the game. But what bugs me is the getting stuck on this one corresponds to the latest update and the disabling of the bonus wheel for non-Facebook people. What else sucks is once and a while you will get this message on your phone about the fairy has left a surprise for you and that usually lets you bypass a level. So I have received that message twice, but again because I don't sign in with Facebook, it won't apply it to me.

King's whole explanation for why they went to the Facebook requirement is so unbelievably stupid that I can't believe they put it out. They basically are saying that because some users may be traveling across different time zones, it gives them an unfair advantage because they can get extra lives or bonuses. So because of this, you have to register. Can you believe that? So someone--somewhere is on a plane going across a time zone and just happens to be playing CC and this is why I have to register with Facebook.

Why don't they just come out and say the real reason is they want kickbacks to/from Facebook and want to track their players? It just would be a lot more truthful.

I am going to give it a little more time--but then I am out. There is no way I am paying a dime to clear this level.

So much of it is luck in regards to how the candies are initially arranged. It's not uncommon to have to leave and go back into a board a few times just to get a more favorable candy arrangement.

I love having it synced to Facebook for those times where I'm sitting at home bored, or stuck on a level..... I can play it on the computer, run through my 5 "lives", then load it on my phone, run through the 5 lives, then fire it up on my Kindle Fire for another 5 turns..

Got sucked back in. That night time or dream mode alternate maps is nice to have something else to play but man #### that Odus Owl. Guy falls off over the dumbest ####.

Wooo hooo! Finally beat 677! I have no idea how I did it though, I think the game started to feel sorry for me.

I was down to one combo left with four moves and used the hand swapping tool to get the two stripes next to each other. Surprisingly, that was the only special candy I had to use the entire game!

BTW I love syncing to FB. When I get really stuck on a level I have two to three devices for lives.

Not sure why but I set my clock ahead and played through the lives and wound up with having to wait like 70,000 minutes for a new life. I found out that resetting your clock back before playing a game prevents this.

Set the clock ahead, open CC and see the Full Lives,( just don't play a game) then go back and reset clock.

When you open settings on (for example) an Iphone---the magic number to set the phone ahead is 4 hours.

Then go to CC and your lives are full---DONTPLAY THE GAME!! But go back and change the time back.

Now I don't use the calendar function on my phone, but I have heard people have had problems with doing this if they use the calendar function.

Look closer...it goes both ways. When the candies are moving "in" the soda, they float up. When they are above the soda, they function as normal.

Look closer...it goes both ways. When the candies are moving "in" the soda, they float up. When they are above the soda, they function as normal.

ptetty much maxed out on both worlds, have one left in the night world, even on my computer, game drives me nuts though, most my friends quit ages ago and next closest person on my friends list is probably 200 levels behind me lol. Just tried Soda Crush or whatever and blew through 20 levels fairly quick, not sure how much i like it though, wish they woulda just added it onto the current game as a new twist

I've assumed the game uses a random #, 1-1000 with the jackpot being 666. the wheel is just for show.

Started addiction last year on Christmas day when wife bought me a Nook. By far 751 was the hardest level I hit. Took me a week and just got lucky. 752 doesn't look like its going to be much better.

So close to finishing and they add another set of levels. Damn.

I'm on like we 352 or something. Luck. That's the problem with game. So much of it is the initial candy placement and the order of candies coming down. Some boards you just need to play a bunch of times in order to pass them and there's no way around that.
