Capella's 24-hour, VERY bigly OH MY GOD HOW DID WE GET HERE thread (4 Viewers)

Podesta brought out to send everyone home. We are not done yet.

Meanwhile Bill and Hillary are boarding a plane for South America.

How about this:  Trump is going to sell us out to the Chinese and the Russians, essentially refinancing our debt to give them favorable trade deals with us, while destabilzing NATO.   Trump shorts the stock market, makes personal gains bankrupting our country and defaulting on our debt just like he's done with every business he's ever run.   By the time he gets out, we have $5/gallon gas, unaffordable health care, social security and medicaire are crashed, and interest rates are at a 20 year-high.

Not to mention the pograms.
It's "pogroms" but who's spelling?

John Podesta coming out to tell everyone that that Hillary won't except the election results is a perfect way for her to end her political career.  :lmao:

I think there is a replace in there as well. With something magically costs less.
This will be really interesting.  One of the undeniably, almost universally popular provisions of the ACA is that no one can be denied health insurance who has a preexisting condition.  So will the GOP repeal that now as well?  If so, it will make a lot of people uninsurable - in fact, just about everyone over a certain age - right quick.

I've spent hours in that ####hole Javitz Center for work conventions. That place sucks balls.

Inflation too. But Ryan and foreign leaders will prove to be a tougher foe than Hillary. There's a limit to the damage he can do to the country. However, I expect his overseas brand to plummet.

How many people does that even apply to.  Only 6% of the country evens gets insurance through obamacare.  What percentage of that has a preexisting condition?   Probably talking like a few hundred thousand people at most.

My wife and two daughters are going to be pissed in the morning, and I am going to be the one to feel the brunt of that anger.  Thanks Hillary.

No.

If I'm looking at this stuff right ... Trump has been steadily pulling away in all three of WI, MI, & PA. Not immense leads, but around 2% or so. Enough of a lead to not really be recountable, right?

It applies to anyone who does not get health insurance through his or her job (or is an independent contractor), is not Medicare-eligible, and has a pre-existing condition.  And I'm not sure you've ever read how the health carriers define a pre-existing condition, but of that 6%, probably 97% have one.  It's one of the reasons why health care is tied to employment.
