Well I have to work with them and have a good relationship with most of them. Not sure if it would be the same if the shoe was on the other foot but I don't care. I posted one single thing on Facebook today and pissed off one of my coworkers . Confusing to me but not shocked. It's America and you can't even say who you're voting for anymore .
I know you weren't trying to rub this in, but people have actually already literally committed suicide over this. Real people. Overreaction or not, at least one person who voted against Trump has already lost someone they care about. I get gloating because your guy won, but please try to be respectful with comments about death, suicide, etc. for a little while. This election is going to be a really tough pill to swallow for a lot of people, and I get that you're happy about it, but there are some comments that aren't worth making.
I'm not calling him out specifically and I don't want this to devolve into name calling. I was just telling people who might not have known and asking them to be cool about something i would normally be fine with joking about.

Have a similar situation out here. They want to expand Munich airport and will displace one of the baseball clubs in doing so. The club has garnered enough support to fight it off a handful of times but the airport just keeps getting it back on the ballot.

I work in pharma. Voted for Clinton. At least election outcome was good for my career. Healthcare is going to continue to be ridiculously expensive here.

I don't think anyone in Clinton's camp thought she could lose. I didn't think she could lose either. I'm not surprised if it's true she didn't spend time working on a concession speech.
Well...one would hope that the establishment takes a pause, steps back and tries to figure out what this means and how to adjust going forward, but I suspect you're right...we'll have a double down on deflection, excuse making and name calling.
