Peter King, speaking on The Dan Patrick Show, said the Detroit Lions have already given up on WR Charles Rogers.

Not that this is a HUGE shocker, but i thought i had read he was actually turning things around, and that Mike Williams was the one in the doghouse. What a waste of talent.

I'd put zero stock in this.

If this was true, King wouldn't be the first, much less the only, person to know about it. Lions beat guys haven't been shy about breaking news on the troubles of Mike Williams or Charles Rogers.

He also said that he figures Mike Williams and Rod Marinelli will make up and get on the same page, and that they will not give up on Williams this year.

I also thought King sounded very agitated during the entire interview. Anyone else hear that?

i guess you make a good point. Now if Peter King had some news about Krispy Kreme's stock, i'd call my broker immediately.
