He was great. Quotable, awesome beard, and he could dominate whenever he took the mound. I trust whatever Theo wants to do, but losing Jake is just like losing Dex for me. I knew it was coming, but I'm going to miss watching him all the time.I am sincerely going to miss Jake. He worked very hard to revitalize his career, and was a rock with the team. That 2015 season was unreal. It felt like every start had the chance to be a no-hitter (I still have on my DVR the Sunday night ESPN no-hitter against the Dodgers).
If it wasn't for those wasted years in Baltimore, and Jake was just a little bit younger, I think he would still be a Cub.
