Not as funny as Bob Sturm. He's the real comedian. You guys are funny.
Let me get this straight. You are the guy who laughs in another thread at anyone who says that SOMEDAY Brandin Cooks could possibly be as good as Antonio Brown, as in absolute ceiling.Talent meets opportunity. Trade for him now if you can. He has #1 FF RB level ceiling. It's not likely but it's in play.
Lol who is Bob Sturm?Bob SturmVerified account@SportsSturm
Lots of signs that we are quickly approaching C-Mike time. Like Sunday quick. Its happening

But you can say the above and not slap yourself?
Pretty sure he's serious. He is kidding.

My little baby...all grown up!This thread just will not stop growing
I usually aim for the most talented guy on the roster. IMO CJ > Hillman, Lynch > Rawls, and McCoy > Karlos. I don't see huge redraft potential there barring injury or severe decline for the starter. Spiller is just always a tease and, while NO might find a way to use him, I'm skeptical. So how do we rate the home run rbs for season long impact? Not so much for his week but for rest of season value.
- C. Michael - see last 107 pages of the thread
- K. Williams - talented but shady makes a lot of money and could revert back to top 5 status if he gets healthy
- Hillman - Kubrick offense and CJA could be benched
- Rawls - good team and looks to have skills.
- Spiller - shown he can do it and now healthy with a creative coaching staff.
- anyone else I am forgetting
Good thoughts here.Apparently it was very limited work. I just listened to Mike Fisher (cowboy insider) talk about it on the radio. He's not anticipating Michael dressing this week, but he's not ruling it out. If I was to guess I would say only if tomorrow has him more involved in game planning, maybe specializing in short yardage or some such. Today there was no evidence of that. It isn't easy for this team to dress 4 backs and I doubt they're considering benching one of the three contributing, so they drop a TE, FB, or possibly OL depth. The D is too decimated and Marinelli likes as many troops as he can get.On the day I dropped him.http://www.scout.com/nfl/cowboys/story/1593619-scoop-c-michael-gets-cowboys-1st-team-snaps?hootPostID=8ea551ed2d70f2c16bcd18d9a4d2173ee

I'm holding but openly admit I've been as wrong as could be to this point about Christine Michael.Anyone taking this as an opportunity to sell, or if you've held this long are you determined to see the outcome? Got an offer of a 2016 2nd I'm mulling over.
Christine Michael has a better chance of being the #1RB in FF down the stretch of this season than Cooks has of ever playing at Antonio Browns level.I mean RB come out of nowhere all the time. Brown is playing at a level rarely seen. Cooks has literally no shot at hitting that ceiling.Let me get this straight. This is an extremely narrow minded take. Brown didn't reach this level of play after 1 year or even 2. Now you think a RB who has achieved less than Cooks has in more time in the league is more capable of leading the league at his position with more competition ahead of him being the #1 option than Cooks does respectively. That couldn't be any more oxymoronic.Christine Michael has a better chance of being the #1RB in FF down the stretch of this season than Cooks has of ever playing at Antonio Browns level.I mean RB come out of nowhere all the time. CM is more talented than any running back on the roster. Cooks is more talented than any WR on the roster but...........playing WR at a HOF level harder to do than being the #1 RB in FF down the stretch behind a great OL. Just ask Jeremy Hill. This is an extremely narrow minded take. Brown didn't reach this level of play after 1 year or even 2. Easy enough that Randle has a real shot at doing just that.CM is more talented than any running back on the roster. I have him in one dynasty league and I'm holding. This is based on what I can live with--I can live with him rotting on my roster and never being useful. I can't live with dropping him and having him blow up later this year (even though I fully realize the slim chances of that).ConnSKINS26 said:Anyone taking this as an opportunity to sell, or if you've held this long are you determined to see the outcome? Shrugs said:I drafted Bell No. 3 then traded him after week 1 for Julio and Gore. Seems better than taking Julio No. 1.
Another beat writer's thoughts on Michael@clarencehilljr: Cowboys RB Christine Michael got more reps in practice on Wed with regulars than any time since the trade. He has a chance to play vs NO
Isn't this obvious considering he had zero before this week?Another beat writer's thoughts on Michael@clarencehilljr: Cowboys RB Christine Michael got more reps in practice on Wed with regulars than any time since the trade. He has a chance to play vs NO
See previous 105 pagesMichael owners, how many carries do you see him getting next week?
5, 10, 20?
Does it depend on game flow? How long before he makes the team liars and becomes the bell cow?
1 week, 3 weeks, 5 weeks?
Will he completely make Randle and McFadden afterthoughts? Is his talent that great?
Is he replacing Randle? McFadden? Both?
Will he rush for 500 yards this season? 1,000 yards? 1,500 yards?
How many touchdowns this season? 5? 10? 15?
Will he start eating into Dunbar's receptions? Will he be given a lenghty contract after this season? How deep does this dream get for you guys?
Just curious.
Nowhere in that quote did Garrett say CMike would be "in the mix."Can you say BELLCOW!!!
Cowboys coach Jason Garrett said RB Christine Michael is "in the mix" to be active against New Orleans.
Michael reportedly saw more reps than usual in practice on Wednesday. It is an odd time to bump up Michael's usage considering how well Joseph Randle, Darren McFadden and Lance Dunbar played last week, but the Cowboys likely want to get something out of their investment. Michael still likely needs an injury to someone ahead of him to have any fantasy value.
Actually he did say it according to this tweet, quoting Garrett.Nowhere in that quote did Garrett say CMike would be "in the mix."Can you say BELLCOW!!!

Jason Garrett said Christine Michael is "doing well." He's "certainly in the mix" to possibly be active vs. New Orleans.
I think Garrett just didn't want this thread to die. As if this crazy, ridiculous thread ever couldCan you say BELLCOW!!!
