Who was talking about starting him? That would just be a desperation play as nothing indicated that he would see any significant role.

Well some of us play in "start 8 RB" leagues.

Just because it ended up being a TD doesn't mean coaches will instantly forget it was a fumble of only an inch shorter.

Not only that but it was a ridiculously stupid play ... I wouldn't have called it a TD just because it was a moronic maneuver.

So every player who reaches over the goal line when jumping over the line is making a moronic maneuvers? Ok.

No!!! Any player who recklessly spins around backwards and reaches for the goal line with one hand while not looking is a moron. And that is why he was getting chewed out on the sideline.

That was a foolish play that he got very very luck on.

The guy has been getting by by the skin of his teeth since game 1 when he fumbled against the Giants and miraculously got it back, his 1 yard goal line dive last week also got knocked out and then this stupidity.

That looked like a horrific injury and maybe Michael may have a more direct shot at getting carries seeing how someone may now have to replace Dunbar.

There has been many say it will take an injury for Michael to see the field. Didn't mean to sound so callous. I like Dunbar and that sucked.
