***Conference Collision #2 on MNF - Baltimore Ravens 11-3 at San Francisco 49ers 11-3*** (-5.5, 46) Christmas Night - 8:15 (1 Viewer)

I whined earlier about the lack of targets for Aiyuk, but honestly the last 2 drives are showing just how stupid that was.

Deebo had been targeted TWELVE times for just 4 receptions and 47 yards.

McCaffery had been targeted TEN times for just 6 caches and just 28 yards.

Since they finally started targeting Aiyuk, he has 6 catches on 7 targets for 113 yards and a pass interference penalty drawn. It’s absurd that the Niners go huge stretches just completely ignoring Aiyuk.

JUST IN: Owner of $2,000 Brock Purdy @ +10,000 to win MVP ticket has just sold it for $125,000 on ⁦
@PropSwap

Let me make sure I have this right.

Somebody bet $2,000 on Purdy at 100-1 to win the MVP this year (forget the fact that most books cap future wagers) for a max payout of $200,000 if he won and during this game, this person was able to cash the wager out at $125,000?

Not saying this is complete BS but I'd like to see some proof.

Nah, the ticket was sold a few days ago. The tweet was just pointing out how quickly it turned into a bad investment for the buyer.

Oof

All three of the Ravens losses were very winnable and kinda stupid. They're just a few dumb mistakes from being undefeated.

Holy K-rap — we’re going to survive the Ravens’ 3rd quarter. Went from moonwalking into the finals to being one good Lamar play from being eliminated.

Bad investment? If this is real, the person made a great financial decision cashing this out BEFORE this game was played.

Color me skeptical.

I mean, I wouldn't be surprised if propswap made up the entire story out of whole cloth just for some free marketing... but yeah it's basically a marketplace where you can sell your futures bets to other people.

It happened. I saw them talking about it on VSIN earlier this week.

Less of one than the dude who bought that ticket.

This season seems like it's been more of a war of attrition than any other.

I don't know the reason, it's probably a little bit of everything. Too many games, the turf, the big players are too big, and many other factors are all combining to kill this sport.
And yet NFL games are by far the most popular television offerings and tons of revenue is generated based on gambling and fantasy.

3% is low. They normally operate in the 15% range. Tells me they said they could use for marketing

Yes, it wasn't a cash out. The person that made the wager before the season started offered the ticket up on an Ebay type of site that allows people to buy and sell open tickets. He basically was able to unload his 2k liability for 125k. The guy that bought the ticket was banking on a 2x profit (+200) when Purdy was -250 or so before last nights game. Terrible risk in my opinion and he found out the hard way.

Kind of what's going on right now in the Circa survivor contest. There's 4 guys left, entry was 10k, winner take all at 9.2 million (or something close to that.)

If the other 3 guys still alive agree to chop the pot due you take the 2.3 million or risk it all for the 9.2 million?

I'd be all over the 2.3 million for a 230x profit.

Crazy thing is last week there were 9 guys still alive. 8 voted to chop and one didn't claiming he was the greatest sports better ever, Lol, he got bounced last week on the Broncos.

Btw, Billy Walters wants a word with him
