*looks at record collection. nods.*25.25 - The Beatles - With The Beatles (1963)
People?!?!
Nice. I used to have this cassette. Loved the title song. Singing it in my head now.Okay, hear me out. This band made some great music until they went completely off the rails with their fourth album. Of course, doing so brought them commercial success. It also gave us one of the most putrid songs of the 80s (Everybody Have Fun Tonight).
26.06 To Live & Die in LA (soundtrack) - Wang Chung (1985)
Great movie with a great soundtrack. The album features one side of mostly new regular songs for the movie (though one track was plucked from an earlier album) and the second side is all instrumental/electronic original compositions that were part of the movie's scoring.
Songs:
To Live and Die in L.A.
Wake Up, Stop Dreaming
Never thought about it much, but your post made me realize I find myself doing the same thing. While I respect the hell out of Miles Davis, I usually prefer to listen to Cannonball

Weasel can go ahead, and I'll pick shortly too. I guess I can come off skip for now.@Raging weasel on deck
Do that anyway imo. It also leaves the other option open. I will take that if it's there. If you push for it when the time comes I'll consider asking Karma Police to replace it on the play list with I Don't Trust Myself With Loving You.
No, I'm not the man I used to be lately
See, you met me at an interesting time
And if my past is any sign of your future
You should be warned before I let you inside
wow - likin' this ...never heard of them26.16 - Songs: Ohia/The Magnolia Electric Co. - The Magnolia Electric Co. (2003)
There's a lot of confusion about whether this record was the last record from Songs: Ohia or the first record from The Magnolia Electric Co., but whatever it was, RIP Jason Molina. Such a sad figure. My island is getting a bit dreary.
I've Been Riding With The Ghost

Paul Westerberg has some great solo stuff on here too!Round 26 Singles - Original Motion Picture Soundtrack (1992)
This movie was decent, but paled in comparison to the excellent soundtrack which heavily features artists from the Seattle grunge scene as well as old-timer Seattle rockers Jimi and the Wilson sisters.
Seasons - Chris Cornell
State of Love and Trust - Pearl Jam
I almost took this 20 rounds ago! lolThanks to Krista letting me know there was still a Beatles album left I have to take it.
