Whoa. I just read this and it made me super sad. Yeah, he's threatened it before, but seems like it could be more of a reality with COVID and his tone in the PSF. Sounds a bit dramatic, but I would lose a chunk of my sanity if I lost out on talking movies and music with you folks around here.

I mix mayo and sour cream about 50/50 for my chicken/tuna/egg/pasta salad type stuff - you may want to give that a try
I like cantaloupe. That picture looks good except for the raw onions. Raw onions make my stomach queasy.
My daughter doesn't like mayo so I substitute plain yogurt and olive oil when I make chicken salad.
it's kind of weird ...you soak the onions in cold salt water and it takes that sharp, raw "bite" out of them - plus they sit in the vinaigrette of champagne vinegar/olive oil
I do a half and half of that when I make macaroni salad. I've never tried it in the other salads. Maybe I should. When I do use mayo it is always Dukes Light.
