In addition, he should never be anywhere near holding office ever again. I would much rather the Dems lose the white house and have a normal candidate than Trump ever be on the ballot again. In fact, if its Biden again, I may even vote for the non-Trump candidate (if it isn’t one of his people)

So. Just so I understand. Youd reject Trump winning the nomination, even though he's beatable, and accept a different republican that could beat the dems in 2024? So its not about winning, its still anyone but Trump?

Yes…we are. We don't want Trump ever to be near the office again. Therefore I don’t want him to ever be on the ballot. Maybe it helps the Dems…but maybe not.
Well in theory. But again. I'll counter and tell you as I said before. If Hillary runs. Kamala, Bernie..there wouldn't be many Republicans that would be worried about that. In fact I think they would welcome it. Yet democrats are terrified of Trump. Who already lost, to a feeble old man. Are the Democratic party options that lousy it isn't enough to overcome such a terrible option?

Why welcome this option? Trump is very beatable but if he wins, well then we get 4 years of nonsense, if he loses he summons riots and convinces his people the results and elections are fake.
