Got a physical done a few years back at 37.    besides the normal stuff they do at any other visit all he did was blood work. so disappointed.  I though at the very leat he'd check me for Lance Armstrong disease.    

how does a doc check for being a massive narcissist, corrupt lying liar?

We'll see how much "disdain" you have when you or your wife's life is on the line.  My guess is your "disdain" will turn into appreciation.  Or will it actually be:

MOP: "hello?"  

Ambulance Driver: "Sir your wife has been in a serious car accident and needs surgery now or she'll die"

MOP: "#### that.  I hate and don't trust the medical community, send her home stat!"

when do we do the PSA test?

my dr (coincidentally my BIL's college roommate) doesn't think it's necessary, in spite of my dad having had prostate cancer and my age (48). plus he won't even stick anything up my butt.
