Of course a Michigan network would have something negative to say about Stroud. That doesn’t mean squat. He sure looked good against Georgia in the playoffs. He was probably the best player on the field that day. This is interesting… 1st I have read such a statement
My Michigan network swears that Stroud's game isn't going to translate to the NFL and won't be able to rise to the occasion when the chips are down. However Stroud ranked fifth nationally with a sterling 70% completion rate in “close and late” situations,
What a load of TE's and RB's:
Jeremiah also has 13 RBs who have grades in the first three rounds — starter-level players, based on his grade.
Jeremiah goes on to say he has 11 tight ends with a top three rounds grade on.
As far as I know he puts out a top 50 list and majority of these RB's are probably in the 51-100 list so we'll probably never know and that top 50 list he has put out had the top 3 names. I know from some of his comments about Spears and Achane would make them locks. I don't know about the rest but his podcast partner Bucky Brooks has had some good things to say about Abanikanda and McBride.Bijan
Gibbs
Charbonnet
Spears
Achane
Miller
Evans
Tucker
Roschon
McIntosh
Bigsby
Two more.... most likely from Gray, Abanikanda, Chase Brown, McBride, Vaughn, or Hull. I would be interested to know where he drew a thick line in that group. I'm interested in all of them if they fall into rnd 4/5 of rookie draft.
Davis Allen made his top 50 list and he's had a lot of positive things to say about Whyle so I'd say they are both locks. For TE....
Kincaid
Mayer
Musgrave
Washington
Kraft
Laporta
Schoonmaker
Durham
Best guess for three more, Whyle, Latu, Davis Allen. Maybe Strange, Kuntz, Mallory, some other TE from the Dakotas that's off my radar.
Dov Kleiman2023 NFL Draft Position Rankings: Tight end
Yeah, I am ignoring the WR group this year. It's just weak compared to the TE's. I'm in a 1.5 PPR TE league for TE and I'm focusing on Mayer, Kincaid, and LaPorta.Dov Kleiman2023 NFL Draft Position Rankings: Tight end

Never focus on TEs, you will be disappointed, unless you have a lot of patience. I’d rather trade for one.Yeah, I am ignoring the WR group this year. It's just weak compared to the TE's. The Colts are NOT moving up to draft Anthony Richardson. I’m getting tired of seeing that crap.Hasan’s 2023 NFL Mock Draft: Buccaneers Trade for Will Levis, Texans Grab C.J. Stroud, Bryce Young Falls to Colts

#Patriots pick 14 thoughts With Jakobi Meyers to hit FA and reportedly seeking 15-20m a year, theres a good chance he lands elsewhere leaving Pats short on WR talent.
With pick 14 if #Patriots go WR I think they will go with the best route runner/separator as Parker fits the X mold.
The best 3 fits for need: Jordan Addison, USC Jaxon Smith-Njigba, Ohio State Zay Flowers, BC (local guy Patriots have gotten to do plenty of HW on)
As much as I love a WR selection here it's more of the Patriot way for them to go CB or OL. Not to mention Bill has had issues drafting WRs with his earlier picks.
I still think BB would go OL or DB over WR. NE more likely to trade for an establish receiver than draft one early IMO. The one guy I know they really like is Flowers, but 14 is likely too early. I’ve also heard that this year’s WR is weaker than last year, so 14 probably isn’t the place to take someone that probably doesn’t have a Top 15 grade. At least that’s what I’ve heard.Paging @Anarchy99 for your thoughts on this Tweet:

In @MoveTheSticks latest Mock, he has Utah’s Dalton Kincaid as the first TE off the Board and not Michael Mayer. It’s not the first time I’ve seen this, in fact some have told me they have Mayer as #3 TE with Darnell Washington as #2

A couple months ago, ESPN’s Todd McShay claimed Jalen Carter had “character issues” that could affect his stock.
Yesterday, it was revealed that this past season, Carter paid for his teammate Weston Wallace’s meals with his own scholarship money.
Wallace is a walk-on so he doesn’t eat for free like the rest of the team. Carter heard about this and didn’t want to let that happen, so he contributed his own funds to feed his teammate everyday.
