What’s he been going for, if someone were to take the chance?

In one of my 14 team SF leagues, he was traded for 1.01 a couple of months ago. Doubt he goes for that now. 1.04 seems like is where a decision would be considered. Don’t think 1.02/1.03 would move the pick for Kyler now, at the height of rookie fever.

Be interesting to see this changes after the draft, I'm guessing a ton. I think the issue with most of the RB movement in the RB4+ range is no one stands out as consensus so people are basically just waiting and pulling one's at value. I suspect we see a surge for some Rb's post draft, maybe not a lot of them, just 1-2 maybe but I still think it's going to shape a lot of rookie rankings in that 4-8 range.

And I easily like a rookie that has not been picked yet and right now would take him at rookie 4 or 5.

In a start 7 with no required TE? That seems like a smash accept to me even with your depth issues. As long as roster sizes aren't overly large you probably can at least cobble together guys the next Richie James types off to start off the bench if you're proactive.

I think there’s a significant chance that the combination of RB devaluation combined with RB depth in the draft pushes the draft capital and subsequent value of a lot of these guys down considerably, post draft. Then, as training camps progress, I think we’ll see several day 3 RBs move up the depth charts, and their value will increase considerably.

I agree that's going to be the case with most of these Rb's we generally have ranked 4+. I think that's why a lot of people are scared to invest in them right now. I would be. I don't think anyone is in a rush to be the guy drafting RB4 or RB5 right now.

What I was trying to say I think things will work positively for a scant few RB's and those would be the one's seeing a jump in value.

I wouldn't trade Bijan. If I were the ETN and Deebo owner I would throw in a late 1st to see if that gets it done. If I knew my team was middle of the road or worse, I would try a 2024 1st instead.

Well, Deebo is 27, soon to be 28. He’ also lacks stability at QB, putting his value into a bit of limbo. Plus the way the 49ers use him creates some risk. Mainly getting that much older in a deal is the part I’d pass on.

ETN is challenging because he’s not likely to get the same type of workload Bijan is. So if I’m being asked to take on ETN instead of Bijan Robinson, I’d need a young elite FF player and/or picks. Probably and.

What do you value 1.04 in draft picks? 2023 and 2024 picks only.

But more and more SF mocks have 3 QBs in the 1st 5, and while that might not be true for the NFL, it likely will be in SF leagues.

Trading down to 1.04 won’t work because I just dealt the 1.04 to the dude. lol

So I’m playing with the idea of dealing 1.03 for a WR1.

my needs are QB/RB/WR, so BIjan/QB1 is a no-brainer.

Just feels like I might be able to do better than JSN at 1.03 by dealing it to a QB-needy team.

Had some discussions in season when people approached me. Top 8QB very consistent still got a good few years in him by the looks of it, I always argued for a 1st rounder and the approaching party never wanted to pay. Signs a 3 year deal since, but it has a reasonable get out after 1 I think ? He’s a hard one to value people want to get him on the cheap, owners have a decent argument he’s worth more.

You might be looking at them as your QB3, but I agree with TartanLion in that if you’re looking to acquire at a QB3 price, that likely gives no incentive to the owner to trade away a locked-in for 2023 starting QB, with some potential for starting beyond.
As a contender, I’d be fine giving up a late 23 1st and a player or a 24 1st that is likely to be late, especially in a best ball format.

I have never played SuperFlex, but I will give an uneducated opinion.

With those two picks I do not think you could replace, or even get close to replace the potential of Brissett IF he were to win that job, with those WRs. However, Brissett is 30 years old, and if he does not win that job, you lose out on two picks that could get you something..... Or nothing.

I think the best course of action is to wait also, as I think Brissett's value could get higher with a good camp, but likely not drop much lower. But it comes down to which you find more valuable to YOUR roster, draft capitol (which is what you are looking for) or an at best for you, Backup #3 QB.

Searching this thread a bit, I see the consensus opinion is down on Jeudy. I have always liked him, going back to when he came out of high school. I am defending champ in my league. I used to own Jeudy, but traded him last offseason with Damien Harris for Kelce. That trade won a title for me. Now I want Jeudy back. The team I traded him to is dead at RB, having only Pacheco, and then damien Harris and a bunch of also rans. I have Barkley, Breece, and Chubb at RB and also Brian Bobinson. I have AJ Brown, Lamb and Higgins at WR, so my WR4 can be boom or bust. I tried offering Kadarius Toney (other guy owns Mahomes and he loves Toney) and Rachaad White for Amon Ra. I knew he would turn it down, but I thought I would offer it.

Is it worth trading Toney and Rachaad White for Jeudy, or should I just keep White and Toney and see if one breaks out? I LOVE Toney and think the potental is huge there but think I may be overvaluing him a bit as well as Rachaad.

Thanks! I posted the actual trade in the trade thread. I gave DJM and a mid 2nd for Goff and a late 1st. The Goff owner has fields and really wanted the stack with DJM. I took on the Goff longevity risk and he took on the Bears passing volume risk.

I really like Jeudy for next year, think Wilson rebounds and also think Jeudy really started coming alive towards the end of the season. I’ve got an offer out for him that I haven’t heard back from yet, which is simply the 1.10 this year in 1QB

I know Payton is the master of short QBs, but Brees >>> 2023 Russ.

It definitely makes the choice more difficult, because there are a lot of players i like in that range.

That said, London > Jameson

At this point I fear Jameson may not be that great of a FF player, there’s a real chance the Lions draft a WR now, and as others have observed about this situation, it’s a long time to not spend gelling with teammates/his QB/the system.

So if we’re talking upside, London is the presumed WR1 of the Falcons. Jameson is….? And if we’re talking floor, London’s is safe while Jameson’s is not.

Personally, I would make the move to get out of a potentially toxic asset.

But I could totally understand holding.

Maybe counter for a later 2nd to help offset the 2.03?

Is that the 2.03 plus giving a bump in the 2nd round, is it a bump up to the 2.03, or is it in lieu of a bump - ie London for Williams and the 2.03?

Assuming a PPR 12-team league, I think I'd do Jameson and the 2.03 for London - if it's that plus a bump, I'd maybe try get something a little later added in, but I'm inclined to agree with @Hot Sauce Guy that I'd probably still make the deal for London, but now it gets very close. And this comes from a Jameson owner in a contract league (though he is still on my DTS).

It was Williams and the 2.03 for London. I ended up doing it.
