FanDuel most important positions? (1 Viewer)

I follow Ranking & Projections from here and some other sites, but can't ever seem hit the right ones.

What would you all say is the positions worth the bigger $.

Just want your guys opinions, i know luck plays into each week aswell & there isn't a "winning recipe"

I typically try to find value RBs every week but it isnt a static thing.

I think defense is honestly the most important position, but its also almost impossible to predict. Probably depends a lot on what competition you are in, in 50/50s, heads ups and 3 man leagues I try to get as close to guaranteed production as possible, taking only a risk or two.

Its hard to give any specific advice because the game changes so much every week and depends entirely on what competitions you play in.

If you're playing the standard leagues, you can put yourself in a great position with a good number of studs if you find two really cheap RB/WR options. For instance, last week Andre Brown and Ramses Barden both looked like good options, and a ton of people used those two to set themselves up elsewhere.

I played those two and was able to afford RGIII, Calvin Johnson, AJ Green, and Jimmy Graham as the stud anchors of my team.

Personally, unless I have a really good feeling about a lower level TE, I rarely skimp on that position. The top guys are usually priced pretty reasonably, so there is no point in not getting at least someone at Vernon Davis' level.

Also, Percy Harvin is underpriced every single week for some reason. Take advantage of that.

In those, it's pretty much just luck to be honest. The only way you're going to win one of those leagues is by pretty much picking the perfect lineup. Only 10% of the players win anything.I won one of the big leagues one time last year, and it was because I just happened to pick four of the five top scorers of the week (week 13 last year, I had Cam Newton, Percy Harvin, Pierre Garcon, and Shonn Green). Honestly, it was sheer luck.

Try the 50/50s with 50 players. They seem to be the easiest to win money in.Ive been winning for 2 weeks now with a 2nd tier QB, at least one stud RB and WR, and then play matchups with TE, K, DEF, and try to find value everywhere else.Ive yet to spend the money on a top tier TE. Today I won money with Pettigrew and O Daniels, last week with Pitta and Martellus Bennett.I also stay away from the upper tier QBs and go 2nd tier or a bit lower. Last week I won with Stafford, this week with Dalton.

Percy Harvin really killed my team yesterday. So did Greg Jennings. My story was cool, bro.

The only reason I say to go for the top tier TE is because I usually have money left over elsewhere, and you can upgrade your tight in for relatively low costs.I did go with Bennett last week though, because I had a good feeling he'd blow up against Carolina.
