What's amazing about this contest is how some entries magically stay alive, even when it looks impossible. The following entry finished 8th from the bottom in week 1. As of right now it's squarely on the bubble at 110.60 with Anthony Gonzalez minus 2.2 to go. The dude has Leinart, Alex Smith, Brady Quinn, Ronnie Brown, Jamal Lewis, and Sinopoints Moss but the Giants D chips in a big 20 and this one might keep on truckin'.

Looks like I'm good. Sitting at 140 with Manning/Wayne left to go. Wayne doesn't have to do much to have an impact and Manning just has to beat out Carson Palmer....

I in with 174pts and I really can't see any problems moving on the next two weeks. I have Galloway and Burress on byes week 10 so I'm looking for Henry and Glenn to start playing. While I don't have a high scoring team its very consistent. NO injuries to any players and all are seeing significant PT.

very nice combo ... are you suffering in your other positions at all?i put most my eggs in a few baskets with manning/tomlinson/fwp and it's actually paying off quite well due to guys like eric johnson, kevin walter, wes welker, shaun mcdonald & good kicker/def play

Dooh....shouldn't have blasted my prediction horn this week. 110-120 looks like it's going to be busted open. Garrard and Northcut are the big% plays tonight. I suspect a LOT of teams also have Garrard as a bye plug for this week. If he gets much of anything (and he better as I need him to play well in my League game!), expect the cut to jump a fair amount, 5-10 range.

Thanks. Brees and Evans were my worst picks. Brees has been playing better the past two weeks though. I have Garrard/C-Peep and Quinn as my other QB's. I was hoping Quinn would be a mid season sleeper as well but Anderson has been playing well enough to keep the starting job so far.Winslow and Johnson as my TE's. Where I am probably weakest is WR but someone always seems to be putting in a big game each week which was what I was hoping. My plan was to count on Evans each week and hope the others contribute. Evans didn't pan out but the others have been doing well enough so far. Evans was a pleasant surprise this week but I am not optimistic. Welker, Crayton, Northcutt, Battle, A.Gonzalez, Evans, J.Jones as my WR's. Walter has been a nice play and cheap. Good pick up there. Unfortunatly I went Jones who looked like he would get the starting gig but he has been injured all year. I wonder what is going to happen when AJ gets back.
