I'd add the Stewart/D-Will starting gig battle. Maybe even Mendenhall/Parker dynamic if the rookie impresses.

The only reason I see myself paying attention to the Baltimore QB battle, as it relates to fantasy, is if Favre is there. Other than that, I'm not sure it will matter too much. At most, the QBs on the roster are going to determine if the passing attack really sucks or just kind of sucks.

Fixed #2 above.I would also consider the Oakland RB situation, the Seattle WR situation, the Pitt RB situation, and Delhomme's health status (his will affect others as well). I know that's more than 5, but could have far reaching impacts.
