With only 22 left in Joe's extra contest, here are my thoughts for this week. I am listing them by team number, in case anyone else cares to follow along...
100246 - @gobrowns33 - only bye is Thielen, overall pretty healthy, will easily make it to week 8... JINX!
102020 - @neal cassady - Mixon out/Taylor on bye, but Boston Scott helped; Herndon only active TE
102453 - @Titans_fan - another Mixon/Scott owner; will be running thin at WR this week
103072 - @scoobus - Mixon again? CEH & Jacobs will have to bring it; a tad worried about week 8 byes
103146 - @themeanmachine - WR corps isn't very healthy, but should survive week 7; week 8 looking tight

As does everyone else. I was actually surprised I survived week 6. Matt Ryan saved my tail.
Week 6 - 1.55 above the cut
Week 5 - 5.85 above the cut
Week 4 - 9.80 above the cut
Week 3 - 22.00 above the cut
Week 2 - 94.30 above the cut
Week 1 - no cut line
Just an FYI - 2018's winner took home the top prize without Alex Smith, Alex Collins, and OJ Howard ($44) for the last 5 weeks. Hang in there!
I was done last week if not for a monster game from CEH. I figure at this point Im playing with house money. I sure could use a goedert miracle (thats not happening) though.
Strange and fun facts thus far...
QB
- Josh Allen has a higher completion %, more passing yards, more passing TD's, and less rushing yards than Patrick Mahomes
- 38 year old Ryan Fitzpatrick has as many rushing TD's as 23 year old Lamar Jackson
- The only player who has topped 30 points every week is Kyler Murray, yet his high week of 38.00 is tied for QB11 with Justin Herbert
RB
- Currently, this year's RB6 and RB7 in PPR scoring weren't even offered in the contest
- If not for Jordan Howard's 3 TD's, he would have a grand point total of 1.6 (which is twice that of his YPC)
- Saquon Barkley and LeVeon Bell, 2 of this year's contest fails, have a 33.33% survival rate if you rostered both
WR
- Adam Thielen & Justin Jefferson are WR3 and WR8, while Kirk Cousins is QB19 (things that make you go hmm)
- Only 3 WR's have reached double digits all 6 weeks (Stefon Diggs, Robby Anderson, CeeDee Lamb) (DK Metcalf may have qualified if not for his bye)
- Of the 101 contest WR's, 46 cost under $10. Of those 46, only 11 were in the top half of the most common WR's. Mike Williams ($10) was the only double digit WR in the bottom 20 most common.
TE
- By week 2, Travis Kelce was atop the TE leader board, and is on pace to become the TE1 for the 5th year in a row
- Who needs a TE anyways? One live team basically punted the position, taking only $4 Vance McDonald (he is averaging a whopping 2 pts)
- At the other end of the spectrum, a team of Travis Kelce, George Kittle, Darren Waller, and Jimmy Graham is averaging over 60 per week at the position

I think I'm in deep trouble this week. With only 3 WRs, 2 have combined for 0.9 points and my only TE got me 2.9.

Yeah, I'm almost sure I'm done despite Lockett going crazy. Russ and Carson are each about 4 points from counting, but I don't know if there's enough out there with Monday's game moving the cut and me being done. Ah well...

Could see some nice scores from this group

Things looked promising early on. Problem is his big weeks were when there wasn't much of a cut down line.
We'll see if Fuller/Cobb/Cook/David Johnson continue to be healthy. If one or more of them go down there will be more targets to spread around. At $3 I was just taking a lotto ticket as a believer in Watson more than anything else.
