***Game 272 - Detroit at Green Bay -4.5, o/u 49.0*** (2 Viewers)

I think Dameon Pierce was kinda running away with it.

Sure, that seems right. But you could have said the same thing about Breece Hall if you want to get fine with qualifications about them not being available. Hall was by far and away the favorite when he went down.

Douglas not gonna be a packer after halftime?
He will…first part was fine. Keep the snap away with the TO so he doesn’t get a practice kick. Then he got a little push and shoved back
Even though a timeout, is a random defensive player allowed to just grab the ball like that? I seriously have no clue.
Odd but whistles blowing. Ref coming in. Not sure they throw a flag for that. But he was dumb for “retaliating “ a push

I think Goff may be opening up a possibility that the Lions consider a QB in the draft with the way he is playing tonight and on the road in general.

He's a C- QB in my opinion. Maybe even a D+, he's pretty much the new Dalton as the "should we do better" line.

Awfully long distance to expect of your kicker in that weather.

Not questioning the decision -- it was obviously close.

Just awfully difficult to kick a rock in those conditions.

every throw seems low & difficult to catch

except for the flea flicker that didn’t count

If he leads Jones there it was 6.
Then low to Doubs and a long FG missed.
Lafleur also just refusing to stick with the run or any quick pass game.
Odd playcalling so far and Rodgers just a touch off on those two.

If you are SF, who would you rather play? Shanahan has had Lafluer's number, and this is a better SF and worse GB team than in those years. They swept Seattle, but there some history to suggest beating a team twice in a year, doesn't mean you'll do it a 3rd time (see SF/Rams a year ago)

I think I'd rather play Seattle, but I can see either argument. Probably would have wanted Detroit honestly.

I questioned the decision before he kicked it. My son’s reply: “dad, trust LaFleur, he knows what he’s doing.” 🙄

I wouldn’t want GB. Packers kicked the crap out of SF but were thwarted by an historically inept special teams performance.
