I tried to fund today and got declined, which is odd because I funded there earlier in the year with the same card and had no problems. Their payout is exceptional compared to another SportsBook Dot Ag that I won't mention.I use Bovada. I can confirm they accept funds promptly. Pretty common thing in this hotter real estate market for a price to be higher than an appraisal. It seems like the appraisal is a bit late though. Wasn't there a date in the contract dictating that contingency deadline?
Not sure how it's the realtors fault though unless the contract was bad that you signed.

Re depositing at sports books - I've found that if you get on the phone with your cc company and tell them you're about to submit a foreign transaction for $xxxx, and wa t them to approve it when you hit submit, it works perfectly.
