It's not exactly in the middle of nowhere but it was in the woods. Right then a squirrel runs across the path about 20 yards in front of me. Except this wasn't any ordinary squirrel. It was brown in the face and body but it had a completely snow white tail. I mean this thing was so white if you compared it to GM you would think Forrest was one of those Nigerian marathon runners. It was really strange to say the least.
So is this a sign or something? I bought some Powerball tickets just in case.

I was afraid season two was going to be a letdown after watching the first episode because it was so different from season one. I couldn't have been more wrong.

From reading here it seems to be considered the weakest season, but weakest on that show is still going to be great. And there are a few who like it the best of all of them. Eager to see.

I'd definitely turn towards the coast either before or after Yosemite and drive highway 1 up from Santa Barbara to Carmel and Santa Cruz, passing through Big Sur. It's an awesome drive.
The book was typical Crichton - great concept and build-up, and no good payoff. And yes, it was still better than the movie.
My original route was just straight up the coast for this (I've done that drive but it's been twenty years, I think), but then realized hitting Yosemite somehow would be good. Is it better to head over there on the north or the south part of it, and then head back? In any case, really love the restaurant recommendation. Putting that on the must-do list.
