This is getting weird.

They recently sold their house. It was their first home, the place they brought their kids home to, and somewhere they'd been for about a decade. We are pretty much in the exact same situation. We are also using the same realtor.There's nothing weird about that.

What I was referring to was the fact that 90% of your posts mention her.

Good point but most of our friends/activities/doctors/places we shop/etc are in northwest Austin. Feel like I spend all of my non work life at the intersections of 183 and 360 or 620.
