Next is "Dinoshark". I think South Park has better graphics
Finally we have "Cyclops" also starring Eric Roberts. A movie I made with some GBs made in high school called "Sons of the Rat Pack" had better production.
THis movie is going to suck big fat floppy donkey balls.

I was waffling but screw it, heading out to The Mint tonight to see an old favorite, The Samples. Anybody remember them (besides YSR )? Picking me up is this guy from college/frat days who was the craziest MF of all. He ended up getting kicked out which was impossible to do. Hopefully I will have a story or tow in the morning. LAst time I ended up driving the band's van to an afer party and woke up in it.
Congrats to the redbirds dudes. btw, loved seeing NY, BOS and PHilly get bounced while STL with almost no chance, wins it all. Crazy.

So the wife and I went to this "business expo" thing last night. Bunch of business related businesses in crappy little booths giving out pens and calendars etc. Every booth had some sort of fishbowl or basket to put your business card in so you could win some gift basket.
Right before I leave work today I get a call from an accounting firm telling me they pulled my card and I won their basket. Turns out the company is literally 150 ft from my back door. So of course I plan on stopping by on the way home.
1/2 mile from home I get another call. One of those National/Laverne/Phoenix places pulled my card too. So I swing by there too.
Total haul:
1 coffee mug
1 ghost Beanie Baby
5 Halloween springy pop up toys
15 or so Ghiradelli Chocolates
1 Halloween themed jar full of candy corn
1 bag of Halloween jelly beans
1 book on how to be a caring manager with balls of steel.
1 University of Generic Continuing Education Classes calculator
1 $25 GC to a local cupcake conglomerate
1 $50 GC to PF Changs.
Looks like the wife and I are eating overpriced KP CHK tomorrow night.

Wife went to Denver for the weekend and my son falls down the stairs...
His bedroom is in the basement - this is a typically Seattle home on a hill where the main entrance is up steps and technically on the 2nd floor. Was heading down to take him to bed and he started down the stairs. The top of the stairs also happens to be where the dog's food is kept and where she eats. I stopped to quick feed the dog and when I was done, my son was standing about 3 steps down and facing me. Before it even happened, I knew what was going to happen and time slowed down Matrix style. As he saw me finish, he turned around and lost his balance and fell to his side on the step below him. I remembered thinking, "Just roll". He did for a second and then he kind of bounced in the air and cartwheeled the rest of the way down.
My mind registered every hit on the way down and calculated if anything was being broken. Serious slow motion. At the bottom he landed on his ### and went backwards banging his head on the built in book case at the bottom. I'm not sure how I got down the stairs. I'm pretty sure I teleported. I got to him right as he started the squeal. I checked him out and nothing seemed broken. He was wailing, but I was pretty sure he was mostly scared and probably a little banged up. This was confirmed when I offered him an Oreo and the crying instantly stopped.
20 minutes later I was using a Q-tip to get the Oreo stuffing out of his nose and putting him to bed. Thank Jeebus that little kids are made of rubber.
I probably shouldn't tell my wife...
