Oh, operation "move to the beach" is looking good. I think I mentioned that in here somewhere.My neighbor had put his house on the market and with a pool and being slightly larger, I wanted him to get his house sold before I listed mine. It sold a while back, but the courthouse finally recorded the documents to give me a sales price without having to ask a nosey question. I'm excited. I should be able to still make a nice profit on this house considering what I paid 4 years ago and should have nice amount to put towards making my next loan miniscule.I think the last time I mentioned moving in this thread, I was considering moving without a job and possibly buying a lot and roughing it. That's changed too. I can still do my same job considering most of it is done by computer and on the internet already and I've been given the go ahead to move. I won't be trying to find a deal on a lot with water access now because I need to actually find a real house with a 2nd or 3rd bedroom for a physical office.
