:goodposting:BTW, I had the carpets cleaned yesterday and had to leave so I locked the dog in the bathroom so he wouldn't run all over the place on the wet carpet. I wouldn't normally do something like that but I knew Mrs. SLB would be home soon and could let him outside. When she got home he was staring at her out backdoor window. :mellow:House gets listed Friday.

Relax guys, nothing happened.Just some innocent partying and hot tubbing. Though a 20(?) year old asking in a sweet southern drawl "Can you rub this baby oil on me?" is answered in the affirmative at Tufnel-phone-hiding level speeds.
For your next trip I hope you decide to hang out next to some Mississippi levee.

I stopped at Garden Ridge to get a new umbrella for outside. At one point I looked around and thought to myself "wow, they got a lot of cool stuff here".

GM, were you aware that Johnny Carson attended Millsaps College?http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Johnny_Carson
I was, though claiming him is like claiming you've been to a state or a country by only touching down in the local airport before continuing on.
Flo from the Progressive commercials is from my alma mater. What do I win?
AIDS Flu.
And anal fissures.

The "songs that give you chills" thread just made me go re-watch the series finale of Six Feet Under. every. time.

I went to high school with a guy that played at Austin College in Sherman, which was in the same conference as Millsaps. Also went to high school with a guy that played at Sewanee. We were cranking out the big time college football players.

Found out some girl was drinking vodka in my class today. Or at least she had it in my class.I'm sitting at my desk eating lunch and one of our deans comes in. He starts rooting through the trashcan I keep by the door. I ask him what's up. He calls me over and tells me to take a whiff. It smelled like Icon's soulpatch. Apparently she had it in a water bottle and another kid took it from her. Then he put it in the trashcan. I guess the lid wasn't on very tight so it all leaked out. A few minutes later this same girl asked to use the rest room. It looks like she grabbed the bottle on the way out the door but it was pretty much empty.I didn't notice any of this since I was busy helping some other kids with make-up work. The worst part is that the little witch didn't share. I had a bottle of vitamin water it would have mixed with perfectly.
Update: Girl is suspended pending expulsion. If her parents are smart they'll ask for some sort of a delay on the expulsion hearing. School will be over for the year then.

Heir to the faucet fortune?

Dude had a giant dome and a Jewfro. His nickname was "Head" which seemed really creative when I was 17. He had a habit of throwing aerosol cans into the campfire late at night when everyone else was drunk/stoned. There's a

for the warnings on the can.

His best friend in college/ATL was nicknamed "Stork". We all partied a bunch in early 20s, but surely he's calmed since then.

Oh, I never tell people about people I know from the Internet.

I usually just say that we were in a fantasy football/baseball league online together. I'm pretty sure it would freak him out if you mention it since there were fewer than 80 people in our high school. Our moms are in book club together. My hometown (Era, Texas) had a population of 200 and he is from one of the suburbs that had a population of 40-50.

Will probably just send him a link to that hot picture you posted for your anniversary and let him conjure up his own memories of a young Bentley.

Good schtick. Now, we need a story from SLB or a YouTube of a monkey drinking its own pee to get this thread back on track.

In case GMATNers didn't see Harry's thread:

No, but he did forget my birthday in 2010.
Today is a great day. It's the ten year anniversary of the day I met my wife. But that's only part of what makes it a great day. The real reason it's great is that my wife, who just gave birth to our son two weeks ago, then celebrated her own birthday a couple days later, and has had a constant flow of people in and out of the house, did not even realize it. And I knew it. So I ordered a fairly inexpensive Precious Moments 10 year anniversary figurine off Amazon, and got her a nice card, and had it delivered today giftwrapped with a printed card. I gave her the nice card first, and she clearly had no idea, so I then handed her her gift with a card that said, I can't believe it's been ten years already... happy anniversary even though you probably forgot... Why is it such a great day? I no longer have to worry about remembering every birthday, anniversary, mother's day, valentine's day, and all that other crap. We haven't celebrated our dating anniversary for years, but that doesn't matter. This was good enough for me to call it a milestone. I have a get out of jail free card that I can bring up any time I want. After ten years of trying to figure out if this is more of a flowers day or a gift day and wondering what she's going to do and what she expects me to do and if we have to have a nice dinner, we have officially deescalated the pseudo-gift-giving holidays. This is the best gift she never gave me.

I'm right in the middle of Bloody May. Anniversary, AngryWife's birthday and Mother's Day all in the same week. JR turns two at the end of the month, but I'll be numb by the time we get there.
