did they really reverse the USC game/bet?

as BobbySac pointed out, the best thing in the world that could have happened, did happen. I put it in online instead of at the window. The ticket would have been in the trash otherwise.
I had Utah +8.5 online...but told Bob earlier in the week that I really liked Utah at +9.5. Also told him I liked Michigan, but he most have ignored that lean.Anyhow, as I'm watching Michigan storm back, I see Utah driving for a game tying FG and I'm thinking "Man, I got this...only one way this thing gets blown up and that's a blocked kick return for a TD...what's the chance of that?"
And of course, whatever slim odds those were mocked and laughed at me as the kick was returned and my account graded it as a 'loser'.
But then, I get a gamebrake on ESPN and they say "The TD was called back on penalty and the final was 17-14!!!"
Log into my account and BAM it's a winner. And Michigan is not only a threat to cover but win outright!
Considering the amount of money I won on Wisconsin earlier, I'm having a banner day.
Hit the sack, wake up and get a tweet that the f'n Pac-12 reversed the call. Account graded wager as a loser.
My question is: What if I had wagered all that money in my account before they could reverse it?
Would they have debited me some how?
