Just trying to help. Since Shawn T encouraging you didn't work, figured I would try ridicule instead. For the record I dropped around 20lbs the first two months with my only exercise being a weekly basketball game. Other than that it was using MFP to reduce the amount of crap I feed myself. Then I kind of did a month of Insanity before I decided to ride my bike in the evenings instead. Oh and sorry to hear you have to have sex with your wife before work. It sounds like Zooks is a willing tag team partner if you need one.

It started with Zartan but there are 2-3 examples in this very thread. On way home from drinking beer all afternoon at the golf course while she dealt with two toddler boys. May have more examples tonight.
