GM's thread about nothing (57 Viewers)

Homer, yes start them all even if on bye. All mine are on bye. Rosters all frozen now and you can see what others have. We have 37 players. Have MOP convert that math for us. Back out league dues....

Everybody advances. Its total cumulative points scored through the SB.
Whoops. Didn't realize it was cumulative...oh well, better luck next year!
You want refund?
And when did you start speaking Chinese?
:lmao:

When my daughter was 3 she would win a lot at Candyland. It took us a couple rounds to realize that she was getting a disproportionate amour of the picture cards that allow you to fast forward. After a game I scanned through the cards and she had a tiny bite mark in one corner of each good card

tl;dr my 3 year old marked cards in Candyland.

Yep. A doctor can guess your age to within a few months by measuring how close you can focus. No shtick.

Please don't start dating AaronCarterFan.
I made a fake profile with a pic of a hot chick and people wrote me! Didn't they read that I hate to read and can't cook. WHAT IS WRONG WITH HUMANITY??
I may have recounted this story before, but back in my online dating days (damn, was that 4 years ago?) I chatted which this chick on OkCupid. She was an ugly, self-hating, depressed artist type in Chicago who for some reason had sent me a message during one insomniac early morning, so I responded.

Anyway, she had a male friend who'd set up a fake OKC account with some "selfies" depicting a muscular mid-20's in a tank top, in front of his new-but-not-high-end sports car, drinking wine, etc. The account was over the top obnoxiously college-educated-but-not-all-that-smart, egotistical, etc. Picture SEC school with monied daddy and young, yuppie lifestyle. The alias was located in Atlanta IIRC.

Apparently he was raking in the private messages from interested females, including some very attractive ones. It was hilariously pathetic.

Anyway, girls do in fact like #######s (with money).
:lmao:

Not all girls are like that. Just the ones I like.

Love good times like that. Plus I'm really happy both of them were at friend's houses all day. Pretty good day here in the country.
I enjoyed seeing my parents flirting with each other when I was a kid, even if I didn't understand the full sexual implications of it. It was reassuring for me as a kid. It's good to let them see glimpses of that side of your relationship with your wife.
Is constant sexual harassing considered flirting? If so, I'M NUMBER ONE!!!!

:lmao: I kept trying to cheat tonight but Mrs. SLB was watching me like a hawk. Coincidentally I read this today. I'm no Apollo Robbins but of course I was trying to get caught. :coffee:

I love you all, and I want it made clear that nothing that happens to me tonight is SLBob's fault. :oldunsure:

I'm going to consume as much energy drink and Vicodin as required to get back out there. It's Saturday night in Vegas, GD it. I leave my hair to Zooks.

Skip the Vic and get a hooker.

Check out the article that SLB linked, it's pretty fascinating.
Oooo, I just watched a Ted talk by that guy on my way to Seattle. Article looks great.
In case you're interested.
Can't find the article, and I really don't want to have to re-read SLB's drudgery.

EDIT: no offense, Bob.

I missed the link in here, too, but GPJ posted it on Facebook: http://www.newyorker.com/reporting/2013/01/07/130107fa_fact_green?currentPage=1

Well I don't want to be insulting...

Done with football and video games for the night.

Paced my drinking a little too well as there's at least 5 or 6 more beers in the fridge, so I'm gonna keep working on those and probably jump back into my American Dad marathon.

FYI I already started doing both of those things while I was writing about doing those things.

Yep.

Living the dream, brother. You have convinced me to give American Dad another shot. I watched the first 8-10 episodes and decided it was a crappy Family Guy ripoff.

Yeah when it first came out, I think I gave it about 8 episodes and hated it absolutely. Then a few years ago I would have Cartoon Network on as background noise and caught myself paying way more attention than I intended. At some point, I went all-in.

The Simpsons first couple seaosons were pretty horrible too...at least this one caught their mistakes more quickly. Like I said above, start at episode 15.

I'd love to see Netflix's statistics on this show...I'd bet there are boatloads of views of the first few episodes and those people bailed too early.

Other than the family setup, it's really nothing like Family Guy.

:lmao: I love drunken Wisconsinites.

So my kids were playing today doing that imagination thing and my 5 year old says to the 3 year old, "Ok, let's go to the bar now"
Love it. Great kids.

In fact, I plan on having a whirlwind romance with your daughter's roommate her freshman year in college. I'm just going to assume that she is Asian.
