GM's thread about nothing (59 Viewers)

Favorite BB scene:

1) Jesse tries to put on his skis in the house, slips and falls on his ass

2) Finally gets skis on, but can't get up from his back

3) Finally gets up, but poles accidentally knock over priceless lamp, leading Jesse to exclaim "Aw, nuts!"

4) Walt comes in and says "It's summer, you dingus!" and clubs him with a frying pan

The best part is the "waaaaaahhhh waaaah waaaaaaaaahhhhhh" they play at the end.

So great day went off the rails because Cal decided it was a no sleep night. So Mrs. SLB was going crazy all night while I was in a deep sleep.

He's been up for 29 hours now and isn't even drowsy.

Update: single, employed, entering into a field of law that may be sketchy (despite the much appreciated warnings from Henry Ford and T Bell, which I will try to abide by)

Oh, and drinking a Bloody Mary on the dock of a mansion while Roverkid is tubing on a glassy, cloudless day.

Hope you're all doing well. This is a cool community.

Imagine what he'll be capable of when he discovers cocaine.

(Sorry)
I know right? I'm just happy he finally playef catch with me. Almost 10 years old and I could never get him to play. He's got a surprisingly good arm. Plus he's double jointed in his elbows so he's got a really weird throwing motion.

GL GB. I hope it all works out well for you.

Surprised to see I didnt post in here last night. I was all nice a day drunk by 3pm after taking my boys to some big Easter egg hunt thingy.

That sounds like cyclothymia. Has he been diagnosed with that?
Never heard of it. Interesting. I don't think so though. He was diagnosed with severe ADHD on top of the autism. Of course neither of those things exist. Thankfully it doesn't happen too often.

It seems like there are a lot of details missing from the Seattle cornhole story. We need more.

Bob - sorry to read about Cal's night. That seems insane.

They left. My wife is currently lying on the floor of our bedroom naked refusing to put on clothes. Not the good kind.
good lord
Now that is the definition of good friends.
No updates? Sorry for the confusion on my comment. My comment was intended to communicate what good friends you have to get your wife that hammered - in a good way.
Yes, they are good friends. No exciting updates, sorry.

I slept fine.

;) Thanks GB. It's pretty bizarre. He's been in a good mood all day and wide awake though.

That's why I specifically referenced Cal's night and not yours.

Had a couple interesting conversations with the Methodists today. You think that if there was one place that would be free of petty infighting it would be the church. But that's apparently not the case.

Churches have perfected the art of petty infighting.

No we haven't

Screw you.

Friday night I was looking at the stars with Dylan. He has been learning about the planets at school and was telling me how far away Pluto is. He wanted to know how long it would take to get so I say, well at the speed of light,do you know what that means? He replies yes, 300,000 kilometers per second. I just  . After a Google, turns out he's right. Crazy. He said he learned that watching Bill Nye the science guy. I'm impressed and proud.

I think details would be boring--nothing crazy happened. It was like hanging out with good friends I'd known a while. Great folks; great time. I believe Mr. krista promised to cook a 12-course meal for everyone when it gets warm(er) out.

Read 5 pages today and still am only up to April 9th.

Debating if I should keep reading or just start 2 week anew.

2 week or so update?

my best friend, who is also the father of my daughter's best friend, moved out of his house today after marriage counseling failed.

my girlfriend also broke up with me this morning. I know that's happened before, but this one is the end. you won't hear about her anymore. I'm glad it happened.

what a strange day. I had to meet my frirend's (soon to be ex) wife at the dock, since I had her kid today. We talked for a while about making sure the kids all could stay friends.

Told him how weird it was, since we've all been friends for years. He told me that she's always hated me.
