20.07 best main character Pikachu

"the most loveable and known Pokémon. He’s been around in every game from Red and Blue until Platinum. He has even had two games of his own. Pokémon Yellow where he was the starter Pokémon for the game and Hey You Pikachu where you had to take care of Pikachu by caring and doing things for him. I play many single player games including (games already picks) mass effect 2, bioshock, limbo, assassin creed 2, red dead redemption, the orange box, fallout 3, and gears of war 1&2. I also play more single player adventure and wrpg/jrpg games. I have been a member of the FBG Gears of War crew since a few months after Gears 2 launched. I am one of the few FBGs that still play it and can hold my own vs anyone. Its my favorite competitive multiplayer game but I enjoy other more casual games also. I can do some crazy wicked #### in Gears 2.

Ok. Unfortunately this will be the only pick of a game I have never played. Mainly because it's a genre I never play. I had an awesome game lined up but a few people said they think it might not belong there even though you need strategy to play it. So I found some top 50 list and picked a game at random. Bummer too bc the game I wanted was all sorts of awesome

I got the PM. I asked the same question about a similar game to a judge earlier. I gave him the response I got from him. But different judges, YMMV

I understand completely. I was thinking of taking this for the exact same reasons you just did.

If you're somewhere between the ages of 35 and 40-ish, you've likely played this game.

And you've subsequently most likely died of dysentery at least once in your life.

I just inquired to a judge about that very game. Wouldn't have been the best fit for the category I wanted it for, but quite an influential game.I'm 31. The first time I ever used a computer was to play Oregon Trail in school. I'm sure that game single-handedly put alot of Apple II's in alot of schools.

Small World---I also sent an inquiry about this game. I wanted it for my strategy pick. I wanted it because A) It brings back good school memories (those are hard to find) B) I don't play alot of strategy games C) I am from Oregon.

I hope this isn't spotlighting, but there is a particular main character still sitting out there who I am STUNNED hasn't been picked yet. I thought this character would be a very early pick amongst the characters, perhaps even top 5. Just an absurd value still on the board.

Sorry about not getting to those PMs, I just woke up. Rikishiboy, games like Oregon Trail don't really fall into the RTS/Strategy category as much as they fall into the RPG or Adventure. I mean, you do have to use strategy when you play but I don't believe that is what the judge will be looking for when he is making his list of game ranks. Look at Slax's post.

There are two main character that I had in my top 6-7 guys I wanted that are still on the board.
